Made an appointment for some bloodwork on Friday. Had no problems making that appointment for 3 pm on Monday. Super easy to check-in. The receptionist was super friendly.The Phlebotomist was extremely efficient and I did not even feel the needle go in. Note that I am really not a fan of needles. I was out of the office by 3:10 pm.Super easy to deal with and would return if I needed more lab work done.

What a waste of time, allows you to schedule for tests that they don't provide and then they wait until you are inside and seated to tell you that.

It's such a shame I should have went to veterinarian school and became a vet because I love animals so much more than people and it's such a shame that I really do love what I do for a living and it's sad to say it's working with people but the majority of people these days are f****** ASSHOLES

Covid caused a lot of changes I get that. You now have to use a link to “check-in” while you wait in your car. For some reason it wasn’t working properly. My Elderly father was with me for labs, so went inside to ask the receptionist for assistance. She was absolutely RUDE, she didn’t want to hear about what my issue was she repeatedly and robotically stated “You need to Check in and Wait” with a horrible attitude. Really?? Our first time here since we moved. So unnecessary to be unkind. I’ll be finding another location for my father.

Wonderful experience. They took me in quickly. They even pronounced my name right and didn't just call me Christina as most people do. The lab tech was very good and gentle. Very experienced. Didn't even feel the needle. Will be coming back again for future bloodwork orders.

After waiting almost an hour an unruly gentleman came from behind the scenes and in a very LOUD voice started telling everyone in the waiting Area that for those without an appointment the wait was going to be over an hour and a half. If this is the quality of staff that they have working at this facility I would avoid it like the plague. By the way the waiting area was not just for LabCorp it was also for two other medical groups patients

I came here to repeat a test because quest screwed up big time! Front desk staff were nice. I had to wait for the lab to get back from lunch, but Steven was extremely courteous and helpful. For some reason I could not get any WiFi signal In Moorpark At all. He had me connect to their WiFi so I could call the Dr. He is definitely one of the nicest lab workers I have encountered at any lab! Hopefully it gets done right now, but At least I know it's in Steven's capable hands now. Plenty of parking and big waiting area.

The people at the front desk are EXTREMELY rude. Have an attitude when talking or answering a question. Won't even make eye contact when talking to me. They clearly don't want to be there.

Last 2 times I went in Stan had no gloves,no mask on . This was in the past 3 weeks. He handed me a test kit no gloves.He did not sanitize his hands before or after . No matter what you believe, pandemic or no not -you work in a MEDICAL LAB ! Respect the health of the patient.Sick people come here-especially since you have to walk through/wait (I waited outside) the urgent care to get to the lab.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY!The man who drew my lab did not even apply pressure and I have never bled so much after, the whole cotton ball soaked through and leaked blood for 30 mins. I tried my best to explain to Heidi which labs specifically I was there to do, she made me call the insurance company to verify if they were covered and still proceeded to run the whole panel, then when I called her back to make sure she submitted only the ones I told her, she claimed she did not hear me and told me she can only make changes if the doctor calls and tells her. So unhelpful and unprofessional!
