“I had scheduled to have a hitch put on my SUV and unfortunately they had to change the appointments a few times but the manager was great and helped me find a time that worked with my schedule, even if it was outside of the hours that they normally do the hitch. They were very accommodating and did their best to accommodate my schedule and my frustration, not at them, but the situation. They also did a good job with my hitch. No complaints. Thank you!”
“Gas level was incorrect on paper work. Customers should not have to Ck for this. Also, rep does not walk out with customers to show where the vehicle is parked. Customers have to find vehicles. Also, no smiling, why????”
