I cannot support Montage Health Foundation. Any group that is involved in raising money etc for Montage Healthcare is just something I can't stomach or stand behind. Montage is the worst medical provider I have ever experienced. They have several medical group offices located throughout the county and unfortunately the care provided by these offices just isn't good. Management at several of the locations is horrible and some of the managers fabricate stories about patients that are not factual. These managers also reserve the right to discharge patients from receiving care without any justifiable reasons. Because of the management in Marina I was discharged from Montage in April and it took affect in May. I was left having to find a new doctor and getting new referrals for specialists like Cardiology, Pulmonary and Endocrinology as well as Urology. I could not get medications refilled and this placed my health at great risk. I ended up going to the emergency department and getting medication refilled by the emergency room doctor. My opinion of Montage is very harsh and I honestly believe that this Medical Group places patients at risk. Montage is just not a company that cares about the community or the patients that are in their care.

Avoid Dr Armas at all costs. I confirmed several lies he told me when I got a second and third opinion. Needless to say I no longer have any association with him or Montage.

I had requested images for studies from medical records who told me to go to mychart. Then I called the Diagnostic Imaging department who said I can request it through Medical records or go to Marina since we live close to Marina.I went as suggested and the people there just did not seem to want me to request images from them and did not make me feel welcome.I had to go twice since my doctor also wanted a images from a different modality. Inside of sending me through hoops and hurdles if the Medical Records department would have just said they would take care of it, it would have been better. Instead I felt I was given the run around and then felt even worse requesting my own records.

God forbid you get a woman names Lisa on the phone. Might as well hang up. Rude, illogical, unprofessional. Zero care or understanding. I ended up using cerebral.com because care in our area is a complete joke.
