I got assigned to a therapist that I can only describe as rude, condescending, and unnecessarily rough. Others in the staff were nice and so were the facilities. I stopped PT after a handful of sessions with this therapist, as asking to get reassigned to a different one would’ve made things awkward. I’ll use a different PT facility from now on.

I had a surgery on my right arm back in 2010 from a work injury where they moved my ulnar nerve oddly. Last year 2022 I had to redo that surgery and have a double surgery to control movement of my fingers. I have a therapist (Sydney) who is amazing! I have started feeling movement & strengthening of muscles that have been dormant for years! I finally believe I will regain the use of my right arm and hand thanks to the staff at Bay Physical Therapy! I would suggest this talented staff to any patient with injuries because they care.

Bay physical therapy is a very unique, clean and equipped with the best machines. I was lucky to be trained with Sydney and her professional team. They are welcoming and fun to work with, and they always ask the right questions. The receptionist is nice and welcoming too. Displays deserve five stars, I highly recommend them.

Sydney, Sydney, Sydney - that is all you need to know. She is caring, gentle (well some of the time), educated, talented, skilled and inquisitive. I can't say enough. I have been unfortunate to need her twice in the last three years and I come out smarter and stronger and more knowledgeable about my body and the care needed to keep it strong moving forward. Anyone would be fortunate to have such a healer as she. Heal well.

Fraudulently claimed I had services here. I had counsel with the owners husband and they are tying to bill for something they never had permission for. Stay away from here at all costs. Message me and I would be happy to refer the great therapist I went to.

Worst service and fraudulent charging here. Stay clear of this place. It’s owned by an attorney and has wife. They lie about services and harass good clients of mr Kropt.

I love my PT Jessica, but I don't like that masks are still required here. Friendly staff and great therapists.

After shoulder surgery (that didn't go as planned) débridement and tenotomy - I ended up here. The staff at the front desk communicates well and explains finance/insurance etc thoroughly. I have been under the care of Travis, the owner, who is very knowledgeable and thorough in both the initial exam/eval and the follow through in therapy. The other Therapists and aids are pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and run efficiently. I'd recommend this therapy business to everyone.

I have nothing, but praise for everyone who worked with me to rehabilitate after breaking my tibia. Everyone from Amanda and Lacey at the front desk to Cynthia and Alexis, the aides that assisted, to my therapist Jessica - all were just the best I could hope for. When I first started PT, I was still using a walker/crutches and could put no weight on my right leg. Jessica worked with me to regain flexibility and maintain strength as much as possible without being able to get up and do much. She carefully monitored my progress and made sure my goals were met, even exceeded. As my recovery progressed, so did my exercises finally ending with lunges, squats and balance exercises. Amanda took care of all billing and coordinating appointments. While the therapists do get busy I was able to get an appointment within a week and schedule out in advance so I knew I would see the same therapist every time. Amanda made sure I was aware of what insurance would cover and took care of my copays each time. Cynthia and Alexis would work with me on finishing my exercises after my time with Jessica ended. They made sure to explain each exercise and monitor to ensure I was performing them correctly. I never felt as if I was passed off, but rather that each member of the team had a part in my recovery. I firmly believe attitude is everything when trying to recover from an injury and the team at Bay Physical Therapy was always positive and encouraging. I graduated PT yesterday and can't thank Jessica and team enough. I have no pain and am pretty much good as new thanks to their help! Wonderful professional staff, convenient location and nice facility! Thank you so much for your help in my recovery!! You all are the best!

I try not to write negative reviews, but I have to write this review. My physical therapist who was visiting me at home due to surgery, recommended a therapist at this location, because home visit coverage had ended. I made an appointment and asked for the person my therapist had recommended, and I was told his first appointment was in 2 or 3 weeks, which I accepted. I went to the appointment with difficulty and arrived 10 minutes earlier. I was given the paperwork to fill out, etc. After over 20 minutes or so, another therapist comes out tells me her name, and says she will be working with me. Surprised, I asked will I be working with her or the therapist with whom I had made the appointment?. She replied: with her, so I answered, I made the appointment with the other therapist, and I want to work with him. She asked why! After a few minutes of back and forth, I said you should have informed me that the other therapist was not available. In fact, because of the surgery, my mobility is limited due to surgery and hence the need for physical therapy. So it is important that the therapist is recommended by people I know.Whether they forgot to inform me that they were switching therapists, or they assumed they can switch without informing, it is disrespecting people’s time and well-being.Even though the therapist called me to talk to me after I left, and said that he thought someone had called me to inform me (which obviously did not happen), after this experience, I will not return to this place. This was close to me, but there are many other physical therapists in town. Please do not respond that you are sorry. Sorry does not bring back my wasted time with the state of health I am in.
