Coming to pick up my order from UO. But treated by the manager with a bad attitude. He wanted to charge me $8 to check my package. Just called UO to request a refund. I’ll never come to this UPS. No service but money.

I have only ever had negative experiences at this location and will not come here again. The male owner is always incredibly rude and clearly does not care about customers or their experience with his store. Today he refused to accept packages from at least 3 customers trying to drop off at 5:15pm when the store is started to be open until 5:30pm. Two of us had very large packages to drop off and they were not easy to reload into our vehicles. I will drive a few more minutes to the Valley location instead where staff has always been polite and friendly.

I followed Amazon’s instructions of packing the items to return. They quickly labeled the packages. Two times I’ve been here and the staff that was there was friendly and fast. He also helped multiple customers at the same time. He wasn’t rude. So far the experience and customer service has been excellent there for me.

This place doesn't pack and ship your Amazon returns even though they're on the list of locations that do. Go to the one nearby on 425 W Valley Blvd #104, San Gabriel, CA 91776. They do and they're service is great!

The service I've received from this UPS Store is wonderful! I live across the country and had to send an urgent package to my son. I called and they were so helpful and accommodating. It's nice to see that there are still places willing to help the customers! Thank you Francis for making a stressful situation a little easier.

And I thought customer service couldn't get worse. Not only is the manager lazy but his management follows down to his coworkers. When you walk in its like entering a 1960 downtown Los Angeles building little offices where accountants store all their files. Never seen a UPS store this hoarded looking. You can barely walk in. Why so many packages makes no sense. Someone really need to look into this. Aside from that they don't even wanna help you. I don't even wanna get into details. Don't go here.

As many other reviewers have stated, the owner is rude and unhelpful.After reading a couple bad reviews of this place I decided not to take any chances on putting my two Amazon returns in one box, lest they charge me for an extra box.I kept the boxes open in case they needed to inspect them. When I brought it in, they told me I “need to package” them. Confused, I asked what she meant. Two boxes, both with plenty of padding.They wanted to charge me for TAPE. $2 for a strip of tape on the top of the box.I turned around and left on principle. I’ll be reporting them to UPS corporate as well. Avoid this place like the plague.

This plaace has more bad reviews because of the nature to want to leave bad reviews.Place is decent. Definitely not a bad experience. Staff was friendly, quiet, and straight to the point. No complaints here for Amazon drop off with no label

Poor service attitude, arbitrary charges. Do not delete the return scan code, forcing guests to return only in their store. It's also very badly managed, and I'll never come back.
