Coming to pick up my order from UO. But treated by the manager with a bad attitude. He wanted to charge me $8 to check my package. Just called UO to request a refund. I’ll never come to this UPS. No service but money.

charged 2$ for a piece of tape packaged just needed to be placed right on top and the owner did not want to do it
