I feel customer service is terrible. When you go to purchase something for your child you want to go somewhere that the manager and staff make it a nice shopping experience. In this case this store lacks customer service. The manager told me she had been off awhile and did not know how to operate the register. Staff needs to be trained. Customer service needs to be addressed in this store.

Very helpful. Only went in to buy three pairs of pants and the senora at the register checked to see if I was approved for credit. Turns out I was and she told me to add more because I'd save an extra 30 percent. Walked out with a whole wardrobe for my daughter. She was great and people who are complaining about waiting time was long is incorrect. I was in and out quick. I wish I would've gotten her name.

20 min wait in line....only 1 lady in front of me. That's how slow these people are....20 min and ONLY 1 PERSON.the problem isn't the fact that there are only 2 cashier's, the problem is that they are incompetent and slow

Maria was very polite and very helpful. I had gone to the children's place in Montebello and the girls didn't want to check or call to see if the item was available at another store.

This is one of the worst run businesses out there. Every time I come here to buy my kids clothes I wait in a line with maybe 3 customers at max for at least 20-25 minutes. There is absolute no communication among staff members to improve efficiency. My question is where is the manager or owner of the store? This will be my last time coming to this Children's Place. Please save yourself and avoid this location at all costs!!!!!!!

All employees seemed to be much more invested in their gossip than helping customers out. Everytime I approached one, they side eyed me and kept talking, like they had no time to do THEIR JOB and help a customer out. Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The only girl to approach me and actually offer help was Claudia. I think that was her name. Give that girl a raise for actually doing her JOB!!! She told me the deals of the day, and showed me where everything I was looking for, was. Thank you.

Where do I even start? Very unpleasant & frustrating experience. No customer service from employees or any help with reaching NON-REACHABLE ITEMS. I went in happy & excited to buy cute new outfits for my new born son, instead I left disappointed, frustrated & upset. To begin, the store is heavily overstocked with clothes on racks that items fall off the rack just by simply looking at them. I could not access the newborn area at all! When I mentioned it to the employer, "Yamilet," that I could not go through with my stroller to reach the newborn section, she said they brought everything out from the back, & walked away. I was confused & a bit upset, but I once again tried to maneuver around the store in hopes to reach the baby section. I had no luck. No one offered assistance or help. For it being called, "The children's place," IT'S DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE TO GO WITH YOUR CHILDREN, LET ALONE A BABY IN A STROLLER. Reason for this opinion, their were boxes & store equipment left around the store that could have potentially caused an accident, especially with the aisles being so tight & small where you can barely have room to walk through. I was not able to buy anything for my newborn, but my 8yr old had no problem getting through to her section as she is small & skinny. I Waited 15min to be ringed up, when it was just me & 3 other people in the store. Once I was helped, I waited another 35-40 min at the register because the employee, "Ashley" which was rude, unprofessional & not friendly at all; did not print or give me my receipt. After waiting for a long while & now a crying baby, Ashley finally asked Yamilet for help. Yamilet looked through the system & tried to figure out what happened. When All along I was telling her that Ashley made some sort of error. She then told me my purchase did not go through; when I know it did because I scanned my card & signed! She looked through her transactions & said no it didn't go through & even showed me the last customers transaction which totaled up to $44.xx. I once again assured her that my purchase did go through & that I wanted my receipt. So here I am, with a crying newborn baby, at the register for over 35min & now having to wait to verify with the children's credit card customer service that my purchase did or didn't go through. Yamilet finally gets through & speaks with, "Shemir," from customer service which she then tells her that her system crashed & my receipt didn't print! System never crashed! Ashley, who might have been a new employee made some sort of mistake. To continue, Shemir verifies with Yamilet that my purchase DID INFACT GO THROUGH & CONFIRMS THE DOLLAR AMOUNT to both Yamilet & myself. Once this was confirmed, STILL no receipt was given to me as the employee didn't know what else to do. In a blank receipt piece of paper, she writes down the store info, associate number, date, dollar amount & her LOD, which I have no idea what that is. I ask her how can I exchange or return or even confirm I purchased my items if I have no receipt. She replies & says that I'd have to go back to the same store to do so with that paper! Really? You want me to go back to a place where I had such a horrible experience? No thanks! I did attempt to call customer service on my end but was closed do to Veterans Day. Mind you, when I asked Yamilet if she was the store manager, she confirmed & said, "Yes." So when I asked her a second time to confirm, & I said, so your not the assistant manager, your the store manager? She then went on to say I'm the assistant manager. I then asked whose the store manager? She replied & said, "Amelia, she'll be here tomorrow." At the end of it all, I didn't even receiv

every time I come here there is a line but there are 5 employees on the floor and 1 or 2 of them are behind the cash register they have a mobile device to to work as a register 3 cash registers and it is just a pain going in there so today I went in to exchange some clothing and there were 3 girls folding clothing in the same spot while one girl was on the phone behind the register and 2 customers were waiting I was like really so I said, "excuse me, can someone help me?" 1 of the girls said she would walked over never smiled, never asked how I was doing, didn't ask if i needed anything else, didn't look at me, and had the worst look on her face. and I thought children's place? OK! so annoyed by their service every single time.

My local children place , I honestly wish corporate would walk in on this store on day , they're ridiculous messy, unorganized and the employees are more worry about taking there break than just hurrying up and kill the line of 20plus customers, and I know it sounds like I'm exaggerating but I promise I'm not , as I'm in line right now I observed this young lady coming in to work and as soon as she get to the register this ugly attitude dark pregnant lady gets of registered an practically run to the back , and I asked told her "Are u seriously just going to get of registered knowing the line is this long " and her response was "Im going to lunch " am wow but not for your service but the attitude this employees of yours have ! It's ridiculous! Who is managing this store ! Who is the area manager ?
