Customer service is awful. Used to come here for years but the messiness was a turn off and just found better deals elsewhere, stopped coming. However, recently Needed Xmas pajamas and came pretty late around 658. Manager shut the door in my face, and said they need to be gone by 730pm too bad even though the clocked struck 7, which is fine it’s on me. However, Came the next day & it’s just a weird vibe. Workers have attitudes, no customer service, no friendliness, no good work ethic, no smiles. Definitely not welcoming. Another customer walked in and the manager shouted we close in 10 mins. And it was still 15 mins until closing. She then proceeds to tell other customers we gotta get out here by 730. Umm it just feels tacky and unprofessional to tell customers that you have to be outta here asap. Until 7pm the store is open and you’re on the clock, give the customers a good experience! Openly rushing customers out of there by 7pm is just unprofessional and plain rude. This store needs to get it together. Sadly I can see why they would lose business.

Used to shop around here and decided I wanted to get my baby cousin some clothes, before I could enter one of the employees came out and made her way down the sidewalk. All I did was just walk by as straight as I could and I guess she needed the attention or something because right before I wanted to enter the employee called me a four letter slur. I just kept walking as it was a hot day and right when I got to some shade I thought "did she really say that?" Don't know why she got upset I didn't ogle her or something. Will never shop here again, other reviews say the manager has attitude and that employees just gossip,I wouldn't doubt it. Used to go here for clothes for my younger siblings but this establishment is a shell of it's former self, happened around a year ago and haven't gone since.

Most unorganized and messy retail store I have ever stepped in. This place is ran by young women who aren't really friendly or welcoming when you walk in because they're soooo cool.

If there was a no stars rate I would do it , this store has the worst customer service in the retail industry I swear, I felt not welcome there at all, yesterday I went to return some items and had no issue with that but when it was time to pay omg the cashier seem to be new or wasn't train right on how to use the POS system for using coupons. She made the mistake and I end up lying the consequences, and on top I lost my rewards and wasn't a thank you coming out from her mouth after I was leaving. No hi welcome and no thank you at the end. Also this store is so un organized they need more people to keep it clean and organized. But the service and attitude the two ladies had was the main reason it made me write this and rate this store is not the first time I go there but I like to give second chances and oh no horrible. I'll rather drive farther and go to a store I feel welcome to.

It seems as if the system is always down. The manager asked about 6 times if I wanted to apply for a credit card. After responding no thank you every time she asked once more. I had a 20% off discount code but my barcode didn't show. Only the numbers I had to ask her 3 times if she can manually put it in and then said it didn't work. Not helpful at all even after I waited in line because their system was down. And once more she said I can get 30% off if I apply for a credit card. Probably just to meet her quota! So rude and annoying.

rude , rude , rude. customer service needs major work. also when your ready to pay, they harass you in trying to get a credit card, even after telling them no multiple times... lets not even start with the lines, the employees are to busy talking.. please do better.

Walked in a couple days ago, one of them employees was in the entrance of the store folding some t shirts, I walked in and she didn't even turn to greet me, a simple "Hi welcome" or "Hello" isn't too much to ask for. She continued on to attend to another customer that had walked in for a return as I browsed for the particular pieces I was looking for.. time came to pay not even a "did you find everything ok?" NOTHING at all , only time she spoke was to ask if I wanted to sign up for a credit card. Please work on the customer service because it was ridiculous , it just felt so awkward.

I feel customer service is terrible. When you go to purchase something for your child you want to go somewhere that the manager and staff make it a nice shopping experience. In this case this store lacks customer service. The manager told me she had been off awhile and did not know how to operate the register. Staff needs to be trained. Customer service needs to be addressed in this store.

Very helpful. Only went in to buy three pairs of pants and the senora at the register checked to see if I was approved for credit. Turns out I was and she told me to add more because I'd save an extra 30 percent. Walked out with a whole wardrobe for my daughter. She was great and people who are complaining about waiting time was long is incorrect. I was in and out quick. I wish I would've gotten her name.

20 min wait in line....only 1 lady in front of me. That's how slow these people are....20 min and ONLY 1 PERSON.the problem isn't the fact that there are only 2 cashier's, the problem is that they are incompetent and slow

Maria was very polite and very helpful. I had gone to the children's place in Montebello and the girls didn't want to check or call to see if the item was available at another store.

Customer service here is trash. Wait time was very long. Staff is blah and unhelpful. Corporate should really get involved
