Had a horrible experience today. I went in and no customer service at all. When I found a worker, he was absolutely no help at all. I asked him what ink would work for a specific printer and he rudely replied, look it up, that's the only way you'll find it. Like really? That's the response you give a customer? Such a horrible experience. Let's not even get started with the overpriced items. The print center is the only decent thing about staples. For other materials visit your local target, much more affordable.

Went in to get labels printed and worked with Oscar. He was absolutely helpful. I noticed he took care of each customer very kindly & professionally. The print & Amazon drop off area was super busy but he and his co-worker kept their cool and took care of everyone. While I was trying to get my labels set up on the Avery website, he even checked on me in between customers to make sure I didn't have any questions. I would definitely go back to Staples to get labels printed again. Thanks Oscar!!

DO NOT ship anything from here. They will "lose" your package and blame UPS, even when it never got picked up. Extremely irresponsible when I brought it to their attention! They need to be held accountable.

Do not believe the lies that the Idemia Tsa Precheck tell you at this Staples location. The employee and what looked like a manager confidently told me that it will only take 2-3 days and the 60 days was for people with criminal history but when i called the actual Tsa enrolment number they said for most people it takes 60 days and 1 out of 10 people actully get it in 2-3 days. Now its 10 days later, my flight is tomorrow and i wasted the 80 dollars because the last time i flew was 4 years ago and dont have any flights planned in the forseable future.

Terrible service at this store, specifically the UPS Shipping and Drop Off section. Amazon recently partnered up with them for returns, but I don't think this team was ready for it yet. I had never experienced such blatantly awful customer service while processing a return anywhere else (Kohl's, Petco, UPS Store), regardless of the size of the return, as I have here. I was returning 24 items and Francisco very openly displayed his irritation about having to do his job today. He audibly sighed, grunted, and went so far as to question whether I genuinely disliked any of the items. I find it unnecessary for a Staples employee to pry into the details of a return when the reasons are clearly outlined in the Amazon app. He even proceeded to share that what he really wants to do is be a nurse, this is just for now. Okay, good for him, but for now this is his job. I don't necessarily expect friendliness, I know it's never genuine when you have to be at work, especially on a Sunday. I get it, believe me. I simply expected the transaction to proceed without him being so unprofessional about it, making the process unpleasant for both of us. I had never experienced this anywhere else. The employee could think what they want, but they never betray signs of any displeasure, they just scan away with a straight face, as it should be because it's their job today. I even purposely picked today to go because I figured it would be slow on a Sunday. I guess I cut into his free time. Good luck with nursing with that attitude, that is way harder than just scanning a bunch of packages and he doesn't seem to know how to hide his emotions when he doesn't like parts of his job.

Why because the costume service that I received at this staple store here ion Atlanta blvd the workers are very kind Diego very very helpful and very kind help me with dealing with making copy's just over all help me and was so patient with me . And Jennifer cashier was also kind and the manger Jadeanna was kind I ask them how I can give a good review on them I wanted to tell everyone how kind they are here at this store . I'm very pleased with with the service I always receive thank you all great costumer service they always go that extra miles . U have beautiful kind workers . Thank you all from me Terry

Great service from this location. I was greeted upon entering. The store was very clean and shelves were organized and easy to find products. Prices were clearly labeled including sales prices. I came in to get ink for my Brother Laser Printer. My ink was in stock. When I went to the counter, the very friendly cashier told me to download the new app as I could earn $20 in rewards for downloading the new app as my purchase was over $50. That was very considerate and appreciated. She even notified via the radio she needed assistance as she was helping me download the new app. Luckily, I did earn the $20 in rewards which made the value of my purchase even become more of a deal. Thank you for outstanding service and helping me install the new app on my phone. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I was on my way to dinner with my Mom, brothers + family, and cousin + family and thought I drop off my Amazon returns at Staples prior to arrival. It was either going to be at the Pasadena Staples location on Colorado Blvd or the one in Monterey Park on Atlantic Blvd. Well, since I have already tried the Pasadena location, why not try the Monterey Park location so here I am. Got here around 6:30 PMish. Not many people in the store. Upon entry, I saw signs to direct me to the Shipping Services area which was good. At the time, I didn't have my return emails ready for scanning. I asked the staff member to give me a few mins. She said okay and then walked away to do other tasks. Once I found my emails, she came back. Scanning was quick and easy. Funny, while the staff member was helping me, she also scanned the next person's stuff, too, which I found odd. Wouldn't you think they should have finished helping one customer and then help the next customer??? Maybe they were muli-tasking LOL. Anyway, it didn't bother me... just thought it was different. Btw, they still have the spend $30 get $10 off deal when you return your Amazon items at Staples. My visit was short as usual, but I did peruse around to see if they had the eco meal containers in stock... they didn't. Funny, I have never driven further south on Atlantic Blvd towards the 60 Fwy. Now I have just to get to this Staples LOL. This time may be my one and only visit. Just not nearby where I normally am when in San Gabriel valley area.

UPS shipping is very convenient.I needed to return an item for repair via UPS and remembered that Staples partnered with UPS to provide convenient returns for Amazon. The item I needed to ship was quite large and I didn't have a spare box lying around my house that would fit it, so I checked the UPS store to see how much it would cost to purchase a 16x12x10 box and it would have been about $20. At Staples, I only paid $2 for the same size box. Definitely a great deal.The UPS assistant was very nice and helpful. She allowed me to demo several boxes and see if my item would fit before purchasing the box. Luckily, we found the perfect size. I had to make several runs back to my car to get my item and bubble wrap and she was very patient. Upon checkout, I received a Staples coupon for $10 off a $30 purchase.Other than the convenient and friendly service from UPS, I always recycle my drained batteries or unwanted electronics at this location. They allow me to accumulate points for recycling on the Staples app, but unfortunately, the app doesn't have the best UI, so I don't really use it.

Worst experience ever. I literally waited an hour to get my order to print business cards, which would have taken max 15 minutes at another staples.

I was in urgent need of white legal size paper, and I couldn't find it at another store. Luckily, I was able to place an order at this Staples online and pick up on the same day. It's a very easy process, and pickup was quick. Only downside was that it was close by the freeway, so it wasn't easy to get out of the parking lot.

Placed an express print order and they called an hour later saying they "ran out of ink" on the 2nd page. How does a print service run out of ink? They don't. Some Staples will say they ran out of ink when they are too busy, or short staffed, to complete an express order. You can't rely on them for something you need ASAP.

THEY DO NOT DO TSA HAZMAT ENDORSEMENT HERE. HAD AN APPOINTMENT STAURDAY MORNING, DROVE OUT HERE TO BE TOLD THEY DON'T DO IT HERE. WEBSITE SAYS OTHERWISE.
