They need a better system. Also only having 2 employees when there is a huge line is insane. We had an appointment but that doesn't guarantee you will get in. Also their hours don't match what Spectrums website says.

Spectrum staffs here are rude, unfriendly and racist, do not come here if you are not Hispanic, this place needs to hire staffs other than Hispanic!! If I can give 0 star I would!! terrible customer service I ever seen!!
