This review is strictly for the set up wheelchair transportation to and from any doctor appointments. When setting up transportation the client service reps try the best they can to help but it's still not great. They have no problem placing the blame on everyone but them when the times for pick up are wrong and when you ask for help they say there's nothing they can do. The dispatchers for for blue cross promise are useless and don't know how to do their jobs. I say that as a dispatcher with over 20 years experience. I don't recommend using the transportation service if you can help it.

My fiance is 14 weeks pregnant and still can't get a primary doctor. Jumping through hoops left and right. No obgyn will see her without a referral. This is our first baby and we can't get any help.

The employees here didn’t really help much….I was trying to reach out to my doctor (not gonna say his name) but the whole time I was trying to reach out to him I had the wrong number…..better said I was given the wrong number because they had it wrong on their files…..every time I spoke to someone on line they gave me a number for a direct call with my doctor and just took me back to some other employee but thank to that last guy I spoke to for transferring me back to my home clinic! That guy is a savior! Don’t know his name but thanks to him my transfer to another clinic was possible! That guy deserves to work at some better clinic and not this one…..really bad service I’m sorry.

Compared to the old health insurance i had (Community Health Group) they are very quick in getting you the care you are entitled to. They even provide non-medical transportation for individuals who qualify for it. I would highly recommend Blue Shield of California to my friends and family.

The most unprofessional healthcare company I have ever dealt with. Typically spend 30 mins to an hour on the phone just to schedule transportation. Look elsewhere!
