I made my order on October 20. There was a delay in my order and I contacted minako about this order ensuring the order was shipped. About two days later, she called me telling my order was found by USPS. It was too many packages overload (it’s around the holidays). The customer service was helpful with the whole situation.

I ordered a few months ago the Kenran Goga Art Book. It took a while for them to ship my order because the book had to be ordered. The shipping was fast and it arrived very well packed. Will buy again.
