My battery had been acting funny. So I contacted a shop through yelp where it sent my question to a few different places. All of the shops except one said I needed a new battery without even looking at my car, so I continued my search. United Hybrid reached out and told me to bring the car on by and he would diagnose the issue. Bob was the one I was in contact with. I brought it over later that day, Bob took it for a spin while it was hooked up. Told me there was a variance in the voltage, not normal but not bad yet. Advised to start planning on buying a new one but assured me at that moment i was fine. He did not try to pressure me into getting a battery, answered my yelp inquiry quick, and shared valuable information. If I ever need my battery replaced, i am coming here. I feel bad that he provided value without me paying him anything, but he should know that when my battery DOES die, he will be getting my business.

I called bob on a wednesday night and he answered. My car wasn’t starting and the told me bring it in. They were very honest and they were able to fix my car the next day. Matt and Alex also helped fixing my car and remove all the check engine light. I would definitely recommend the shop if you have a hybrid or electric car

If I could I’ll give united hybrid more than 5 stars I have a 2010 gmc Yukon Denali hybrid my power inverter module got messed up and no one would take this job because the part was discontinue but Bob and his guys fix my truck really professional guys I mean it and the price was right thank you so much bob I would recommend anyone.

When my 2013 Prius V was driving on the highway, it suddenly lost its gasoline-electric hybrid function and could only use the engine to drive. At the same time, several warning lights such as ABS, battery, and exclamation marks appeared on the instrument panel. It was tested at two Chinese car repair shops. I tried to use the computer to turn off the warning light, but failed. They said the hybrid battery was bad and it would cost $2,000-3,000 to replace. So I took the car to United Hybrid. Leito used the computer to help me carefully check the vehicle. It was very sure. He told me that the DC charger was broken and that the hybrid battery was good. It would cost a few hundred dollars to replace it and it would be fine. Leito was very professional in removing the bad parts and replacing them with good ones. He also added coolant and brake fluid. Thanks for the help, I checked it again with the computer and took it to the road for a test drive. Everything went well. Thank you very much Leito, Bob and Matt for being professional, sincere and friendly. I highly recommend friends with hybrid vehicles to go to United Hybid for repairs.I cann't speak English very well, so I use Google to translate Mandarin to English. Absolute life savers!!! I found United EV on a Facebook marketplace ad and after Telsa told me that I was going to have to spend $16k on a new battery for my Model S, I was willing to try anything. Their ad read "Tesla Battery Repair $5,000" so, I took a shot called. Bob was very informative about how they do their repairs and upfront about the possibilities. After only a few days they informed me that the issue was caused by my pyrofuse and only charged me $565 for the repair. HUGE DIFFERENCE FROM $16,000! I could not be more grateful for the honesty and integrity of this shop. When needed I will happily make the 1hr and 45min trip from Palmdale again. I highly recommend them to anyone with a hybrid or electric vehicle.

I had issues with my 2015 Porsche Panamera hybrid. I took my vehicle to the dealership for diagnostic and was told the hybrid battery needed replacement. The dealership was charging alot of money to have the battery replaced. I searched online and found several hybrid shops, but none had the experience working on Porsches as United Hybrid did. When I went to the shop to get a free diagnostic, I was helped out by Bob, who was one of their technicians that has experience working on Porsches. Bob diagnosed my vehicle and confirmed the hybrid battery was bad. He answered any questions that I had and explained how common it is for the battery to go bad on these vehicles. Concerned about how much the price of replacing the whole battery would be, I was surprised when they gave me estimate that ended up being a fraction of the cost compared to the dealership! I got my hybrid battery replaced by them and the team at United Hybrid had my vehicle up and running fast. 10/10 would highly recommend United Hybrid for hybrid (and also EV vehicle) service.
