I wanted to exchange for a bigger size but one of the staff can't do it for me cuz I have no receipt. She can't give me store credit. I can't return neithet. What?!

The lady at the register very helpful, I’m sorry I forgot her name. The store was not messy. I’ve been there when it looks like a tornado passed by, but the fact of the matter is that we as customers make the mess(specially when there’s a good sale or a holiday)and we are quick to complain about it. There’s only so much that few employees can do about it when there’s hundreds of customers daily. The times that I’ve been there in the morning everything is nice and neat.

The manager Angela and the young girl working there are really rude and so quick to say I can't help you leave I can see why the reviews are so bad for this childrens place the customer service here is horrible to be frank besides the fact that there's a mess I called ahead of time on a Friday night for a snow set I had just received and I wanted to see if I could simply exchange it for a smaller size I asked many questions just to make sure I didn't waste my time going out there and yet I get there and still the girl proceeded to tell me that the tiniest tag wasn't on I couldn't do the exchange of course I'm frustrated that I had just spoke to her and she didn't mention anything about the tags having to be on I had the original receipt and we live in la so it was impossible for me to have been able to use it in one hour so I asked for the manager and that was worst she tells me quickly no we can't do anything and if you don't understand that than you need to leave never have I had someone be so dismissive about something that could have been fixed easily they sell childrens clothing it was a double jacket and overalls a toddler can easily tear a tag on accident so for them to be so inconsiderate is not right I called ahead of time because I wanted information on how to process a exchange the tags needing to be on is something that they should have expressed while I was on the phone telling them I would rush there to get it done I feel bad honesty because my daughter was so excited for the set but now after this I'm thinking I should just return everything and get my full refund and keep the one I have from Carters because the way they treated me as if I was the problem is not ok I was frustrated of course who wants to waste their Friday night driving to the mall in traffic only for the girl who u just spoke to tell u I can't help you at all

The manager at this store needs to be coached on her customer service skills. Won't be going back to this store, I'll drive a couple extra miles to get treated better and have a cleaner shopping experience.

I am glad I still went to this location despite most of the reviews being negative! The store was super clean, the staff was friendly and offered help if need be! I'm not sure where all those pictures of the messy clothing came from but pay no mind! They even honored a sign they had displaying wrong price. Once I checked out cashier even offered us some sanitizer! Super friendly staff, cute and fairly priced clothing! Will be shopping here again!

Horrible I wish I could give no stars! The employees were super rude did not want to help me at all. Told me to check the racks when it's clear in these pictures the store is a disaster. I took these pictures 1 month ago and forgot to leave the review. It was like I walked into a swapmeet and even that is more organized. I will be sending these to corporate.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Horrible service from horrible employees. I called before I came in and wanted to ask the price on something, the girl that answered just said said “I can’t. We’re busy right now” what kind of customer service is that? I went in and wasn’t even acknowledged or asked if I needed help. They need to learn basic customer service skills.

If I could rate a 0 I would of the manager Juliana is rude and unprofessional. First of all the store is a mess and unorganized. I asked if I could exchange some clothes and said I have a gift receipt she said yes. After spending 45 mins trying to find the right sizes searching through piles of clothes everywhere, I waited in line another 10 mins. Juliana basically said I couldn’t use the gift receipt because they updated the system and I could go to the Atlantic square location because they are still on the old system. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager, I asked who was above her and to give me a name and number to call and complain she said she couldn’t give me her managers schedule that I can go back and try to see if I catch her another time because she could not tell me when she would be in.

I came to shop for back to school. There was clothes in piles mix all jean walls were messed up clothes on the floor i walked in and walked out fast. Go to children's place in the citadel in commerce there store is always clean and organize. I love there clothing the montebello store needs more help

It's such a mess .you can't find anything .slow service and to top it off the cashier Lorena gave the worst customer service. I have years in experience in customer service and this lady had not one friendly approach . Cameras are everywhere I come here to shop for my kids all the time but she made me feel so uncomfortable. If you hire someone in a family environment store at least be kind !

This is by far the dirtiest children's place store I have ever attended everything is on organized on the floors and dirty. The staff is extremely rude not to mention that they are low staffed and were unable to help with anything.
