Grooming service We usually take my dog to PetSmart but since they weren't available we ended up going to Petco. BIGGEST mistake ever. When we dropped him off the room didn't smell but when we came to pick him up it reeked. They also didn't allow us to see MY dog until we paid, and now I know why. Usually when I pick him up from his bath he smells fresh and clean. Since I couldn't really smell him bc of the bad odor in the room, while driving back home I could smell the odor still, when I got close to my dog, I realized he smelled like the scent from the room and a mix of wet dog and shampoo, they definitely had done a half ass job. They even left his coat feeling rough from his lower body. I had to come home and shower him again bc of the bad odor, definitely not worth the $50

Went in the other day to look at the cat for adoption and I guess I stood there too long because I got flea bites all over my right arm and shoulder!

Terrible customer service! They were suppose to e-mail me on my online order but never did. They won't hold beyond 4 day of the item. How am I suppose to know it's ready if they never gave a confirmation pick up email or text message. I am disappointed in such a crappy service. When I went to pick up the order the 4th day the lady said my order # isn't found. So stupid!

This is the nastiest, unprofessional, unorganized, slow customer service never mopping their floors it's terrible. The cashier are hardly at the register where's Osha at, this store needs to be inspected asap.

I want to thank Wendoline for introducing my pets to Just Food for Dogs. My dogs love it! I have two senior dogs that are very picky when it comes to food. But when I introduced this one to them, they left their bowls clean! One of my senior dogs had been struggling with stomach issues and finding the right food for him was hard. Once he started eating Just Food for Dogs I noticed that he has regular bowel movements. I am extremely happy for making this change and giving my dogs some real great nutrition.

This 5 star review is for Nicole. Went today to get cat food .. she was very nice and explained the rewards program... she answered all my questions and I think I'll join because of her!!

Our groomer was late, we were asked to walk around the store to kill time. 15 mins later groomer arrives. We bring our mini schnauzer in and as we are walking into the room both groomers are talking about how another customer is known to not arrive and that they can cancel that persons session and not have to worry about it. Bad first impression. Then the groomer is struggling to get our dog into the kennel, i reccomended to offer a treat as he is really treat driven and she said they cant do that, even though thats what we always do at petco when we bring him to be groomed… then proceeds to tell us after a couple minutes of attempting to get him in the kennel unsuccessfully that we should take him somewhere else that if we dont get him groomed every 4 months the dog forgets the groomer and they basically “ reset “ and have to be re acclimated to the groomer.TLDR; irresponsible groomer late , clearly lazy, no work ethic, doesnt care about customers time or their pets.Would never come back here for grooming.

They were really nice, it was obvious to me that they were stressed due to being short staffed but they continued to be friendly and remained calm, and even if it was something small that I paid no mind to or that didn't bother me, they would apologize if they felt they were in my way or something, so being understanding and aware which I really appreciate?

I had an appointment to get my doggy, her rabies shot, and the staff there was amazing. I didn't have to wait a long time, they informed me of everything that was going to happen during her appointment and what to expect after. They handled her with care, and she left with no pain or discomfort.

Every employee was helpful also the customer service excellent. Atmosphere was very nice. The customers are even friendly.

It's clean and has great customer service. Alot of different products for your little friend whether it's a dog ,cat , bear ..... jk. Great place for animal care .
