Didn't even get the courtesy of having someone come to the door to address my questions. The female on the computer must be blind and deaf to not see me or hear me knocking on the glass door.Small businesses thrive on customer service, unfortunately this place doesn't have it. Go elsewhere.

I purchased a 50th-Anniversary clock and when it was delivered in pieces. The clock had not been packaged properly and it was not marked Fragile. I sent two different people 8 photos each. I still have no resolution. I had asked for a replacement, but now just want my money back. This company has poor Customer Service. I won't order from them again and cannot recommend them.

I searched out several companies to put a personalized plaque together. Memorable gifts came through!!!They are one of few companies whose work was 100% satisfactory, Alex and Ashley made it all happen. Called in looking for an anniversary gift for my parents. Alex suggested the most beautiful gold brass plate and made sure that I recieved it on time for their party. My parents and family loved it. Great customer service and really nice gifts - definitely coming back for my next special gift!

The worse company to order from ! Item looks nothing like what was ordered call customer service and got the run around for 15 day finally asked to speak to the owner and he never called me back . I will be contacting the BBB and would suggest you never order from them !! They should be out of business by not only they was the products look but also for their customer service
