“Carina created a wonderful place to get strong and meet strong women! I signed up at the end of 2021, because of the small group training option. It’s affordable, and you can workout while maintaining a safe distance from others. Carina keeps the facility clean and sanitary. There are plenty of options in terms of equipment to cater to your training needs. Carina will adjust your workout based on your preferences, abilities, and injuries. I noticed a significant difference in my strength, endurance, and overall health. Carina and the (predominantly) women here are friendly, caring, and supportive. This is a great place to go whether you’re a strong athlete or just starting your fitness journey.”

“I’m in town a couple times a year and I just need a place to work out for a week at a time.Mission Fitness is that place. They have a great 1 week and 2 week pass that fits perfectly for my situation.So much equipment: benches, racks, platforms, you name it. Parking lot is always full, but still almost never have to wait for things. Chris is a nice guy too to top it all off.”

“I enrolled with Pendulum about 2 months ago and my experience from initial enrollment has been great. All of the staff are professional, responsive, and kind. The classes will work you extremely hard, but the coaches make it great. Despite being a large group, there are all different levels, from beginner to advanced. The coaches will be there to support you every step of the way. They are patient, kind, motivating, and genuinely want to see you succeed. After 2 months, my sentiment toward working out hasn’t changed (still have GREAT disdain), but I am showing up and doing the work; something I haven’t regretted. I’d highly recommend Pendulum for anyone interested in giving Cross Fit a try and has hesitations. You will be okay at Pendulum!”

“I join Zero givens in Sept one week in a joint a 3 week challenge loved it every week they provide you with a meal plan Now I am on my second challenge love the motivation and support the coaches provide you coach Dorian and George. The challenge they give you provide you with a meal plan which is great because this helps you reach your goal and also you learn how to eat. Me being a plus size girl is hard to keep track but with there plans it’s so helpful. It’s hard but if you set your mind to it anything is possible. Zero Givens provides you with the tools at the end of the day it’s up to you but with the support they give you and the motivation you defiantly will reach that goal. Love it here 100%”

“Sanctuary Fitness embodies everything you'd want in a new group HIIT gym you're trying out: welcoming, high energy, organized, and clean. The second I walked in for the very first time, I just knew that they love every single one of their customers, old or new - the front desk employee was super sweet in giving me a quick tour of the gym before I got started to familiarize myself. Once the previous class was over, she happily introduced me to the instructor for my class who gave me the rundown of how the class will work. The set up is super similar to most HIIT classes if you've taken one before: 4 sections with 2-3 different workouts that you'll complete in a certain amount of time then rotate to complete them all in 45 minutes. Every day are different focuses and I came on an arm/ab focused day. It was overall super fun, do-able for anyone (fitness background or not) & Adlai was an energetic + motivating instructor!! Highly recommend - however, DO come early for your class because metered parking can be super tough in the area especially in the morning!! I got super lucky in finding 1 quick for my 8 am class at 7:40.”

“I’ve been training with Coach Karl at Movement Society for the last 3-4 months and have had a great experience. I came to Movement Society as a mid-30s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / MMA hobbyist looking to increase my athleticism and decrease my chances for injury. Coach Karl asked thoughtful questions and carefully analyzed my needs. He helped me realize my full body motions were strong, but my hips were tight and my single leg stability was compromised. He designed a program to address these issues. Since then, I’ve continuously noticed how much stronger I am in positions I previously struggled with. My grappling strength has improved quite a bit; and I’m able to keep up with other practitioners who are significantly younger and more spry than myself.During this time, I also pulled my back doing Jiu Jitsu and saw Dr Tony Dang for several sessions — he put me back together quickly and I was able to start training again within a month.I’d highly recommend Movement Society for personal training and PT, and I see myself coming here for a long time.”

There are a lot of great things to say about working out here. 24 hour access and very private An abundance of very nice & upkept equipment I've never had to wait for equipment/racks Plenty of space Bathroom is always clean Meal preps, energy drinks Meets and events often Owner is awesome, everyone is welcoming, friendly, good gym etiquette and picks up after themselvesProbably best described as your own private gym except you share it with a couple of your friends. You can tell the owner puts in a lot of work and care. I will add that this is gym is oriented towards people with specific and particular goals (powerlifting, oly, etc) so it might not be for everyone and you won't find a ton of machines, but it's everything I could want.”
