Hello I am a student in montebello i came to this location after my school hours i came with a couple of friends to just get a snack during our walk home as we are inside we noticed the rude stares right when we went inside led alone we did not walk in there making a show or disturbance i cant recall the name of the employee but when we had all ready paid we got wings we had to wait since they were getting made as we waited we were just in-front of the store just looking around at some items while we waited we were just pointing keep in mind not grabbing just pointing as some items something caught our eyes so we grabbed it to just see it closer as we did that we hear "can you guys put it back since you guys like the grab everything" there is not enough words to describe how rude this was we are not little kids for her to talk to us in such way led alone we were not making a mess we just grabbed one item to look closer the fact of how rude this comment was cannot be explained Another thing i am grown enough to understand if someone is having a bad day in which can cause the attitude but to treat us a little kids who need supervision seeing our age i believe that is very disrespectful never in the times my friends and I have came to this place have we been greeted with horrible customer service from someone, going back on the attitude if maybe by any chance the person could be having a bad day i would suggest to just stay quite not take it out on students who were not doing any type of disturbance at all another thing if anyone feels like they cannot handle customer service and have some type of respectful and nice attitude don't go into a job in which you will have to talk to others Tip: what ever is going on leave it behind outside of work hours and have a nice attitude when on the clock

Hello, I was just at this yesterday 7-Eleven store and observed a cashier named Lydia behaving extremely rudely towards a customer for no apparent reason. As the customer was leaving, Lydia unnecessarily instigated a confrontation with the customer by using offensive language. I found her behavior to be uncalled for and disrespectful. To the manager or owner of this establishment, I am uncertain of your hiring practices, but individuals like Lydia should not be representing your business at the front counter. The presence of rude, unprofessional, and discourteous employees can drive customers away and tarnish the reputation of your business. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of hiring individuals with exceptional customer service skills. It is crucial to fully train employees like Lydia before placing them in direct contact with paying customers who contribute to your business's success. Customers expect to receive quality service and should not be subjected to disrespect or insults. I urge you to reconsider having employees with such poor customer service skills continue to interact with clientele. Implementing a change and removing such individuals from your workforce can significantly enhance the customer experience at your establishment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This location needs to replace their morning staff, they never have coffee! The first couple times they made the coffee fresh and I even got it for free. Nothing changed though, morning after morning the coffee was never ready so I asked one of the girls there why they had so much trouble making fresh coffee, she was rude and told me there were other 7 Elevens I could go to, I responded to her in a rude manner as well and told her she needed to stop being lazy and do her job. Ever since then they treat me different, not in a nice way. This afternoon I stopped by for snacks after picking up my son from school and the ladies there teamed up to make sure they got on my nerves. I got to the register and the cashier started talking to the girl I had originally complained about the coffee to, completely ignoring me, she then proceeded to scan my items very slowly while still chatting with the other girl leaving me there standing, I knew they were doing it on purpose so I asked them to charge me and continue their chat later, they refused to charge me and told me to go elsewhere, they got me so mad so I poured the big gulp of coke all over their floor, I also opened the bottle of Nesquik vanilla milk I was holding and also pour it all over their floor, now they won't have a choice but to clean it up. I hope Isiah, the guy they called for back up, doesn't have to clean up my mess. Corporate needs to check this location ASAP.

Lady this morning was so rude plus she even have varieties of coffee, some merchandise are so squeezed.She even give me the opportunity to enter my info for my discounts, and she’s always in a hurry, this shouldn’t be a client fault of they are behind in their chores at the store.

Im a night owl and work late, I always stop by this store before getting home. I have nothing but good things to say about this particular store. Overnight Staff specially the blonde lady who is one of the hardest workers I have ever met does a great job, always polite friendly and attentive. The store os always clean every once in a while a homeless outside but nothing excessive or unsafe. They even let you do self check out with the app
