Worst dealership I've been to!! I drove 90 minutes to look at a 2022 Bolt. Spent over an hour between test driving and looking the car over. The salesman actually ditched me when a different customer showed up. I waited at his desk and he finally turned me over to someone else. She was pushing for me to "take the car home" that day. I said it depends on whether we could work a deal out and I was happy to see the price has been lowered a little. To that she replied "Oh no, you need to add $4,500 to that price". Claiming it was for things added on like navigation, etc. These options came with the car when it was purchased new!!! They were already paid for! She claimed it was mentioned in the AutoTrader ad. I checked when I got home & it was NOT. I got up and left at that point. This is the most dishonest place doing bait and switch. So yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I'll never go back!

Yes all these recent reviews are true. I called to want to check on a cars online price, and a salesman confirmed that there is an additional $4,485 in non essential extra accessories that are mandatory. I said, “what if I don't want these additional accessories” he said, “they come with package of the car and their price is below market value” then hung up on me. So they advertise a low price to suck you in and say that their online price is below market value, but once they add on their additional mandatory non essential accessory package their price is much above market value and the most expensive price out of any of the auto shops or dealerships out there. So please look else where and don't waste your time and be suckered in. I normally don’t leave reviews, but when I see complete dishonesty, bait and switch predatory practices, I have to speak up and relay this to others.

Car was listed for $20,000, making it look like a “good deal”. After test driving the car, they told me there was an extra $4,500 on adicional services that have to be included to the original price, like tracking device, seats insurance, etc. I told them I don’t need any of this adicional services. They said they can’t take them off, so the car that was listed for $20,000 was now $24,450 plus taxes. Not worth anymore. Waist of time coming to the store.
Besides that, most of the cars there have been siting in the parking lot for at least 5 months. The car I drove needed a jump to start.

Mike gave me a test drive and wasn't pushy with trying to sell me a truck. Truck I wanted was 2wd thought it was 4wd so I had to pass. Thank you

From start to finish my experience with the the Sales team and Owner at Westcoast Auto was great. The team is very customer focused by providing transparency in their pricing and there overall approach to working through the additional warranties that they offer. While working with the team I had peace of mind about getting the best deal.
If you are looking for a reputable used car dealership that keeps the customer in the forefront of the deal, give them a chance to sell you a car. Their inventory doesn't disappoint!

Highly recommend this car dealership!
We have been getting used cars from this place for like 20yrs now. They have high end cars and basic ones too.
This place is like family, we always come back here for their fine collection. Our kids are on the road now and we found really good quality, well maintained cars with lots of safety features for our kids to drive. It's a blessing to get trustworthy vehicles.
We've never had any problems on any of the cars and I don't think we ever will! Which is why we are back to trade in our gas car to get a hybrid today! The folks are honest and work with you and your budget. We've had all kinds of cars from them in the past 20yrs...Lexus SUV, Camry, Mazda, Jaguar, BMW, Toyota electric, etc from them and we were 100% satisfied. They do have good deals so make sure to keep checking their website.
The interior of the dealership is family friendly so you can bring your kids in while you shop. It's a family owned company. The owners are brothers, extremely knowledgeable and have been in the business for decades. They are known for fine high end cars but don't let that stop you they have a LOT of reasonably priced ones too like Honda Toyota etc
Again, I highly recommend this business.

Would not recommend. We regret our purchase here and feel they knew of severe damage and cheap work done to our vehicle before we purchased. High pressure sales here and we got the full feeling they are not trustworthy .

BEWARE OF FALSELY ADVERTISED PRICE!!!
They will not sell you a car unless you purchase their “accessories,” and claim that that’s how they’ll make their profit on the sale. Highly illegal practice, and they are just getting away with it. Their customer service is horrible as well, I do not recommend getting your first car here! TRY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!

What a waist of time. They do not honor their online prices, instead they try to get you to come in to try to sell you unnecessary dealer upgrades for astronomical prices. They advertise reasonable prices just to get you in and then the circus begins. Don't waist your time with these guys.

All online pricing is misleading. They don’t even pretend that’s not the case, openly admitting they have to do that to get people to come in. A car advertised at $23,000 was offered to us for $31,500.
When questioned as to why this was, they replied “there are add ons, such as paint protection, an insurance policy etc” - this is not removable.
They seem fine, just wholly disingenuous about pricing. All the used car salesman stereotypes apply.
Terrible experience.

If you want to see the funniest dealership in LA, just visit them, you will see interesting performance how price change for 6 thousands, and you can not by for the price that listed in internet, because while you speak with them, they change price on carfax ?, and now you can by car only with very special warranty, or without but with new price))

Terrible customer service, I was trying to purchase a Tesla model explained or understood well due to the language barrier, he decided that a person who did speak Spanish would attend to me and when he transferred me to another person who spoke Spanish, a girl answered me and answered in an arrogant and arrogant manner with a raised tone of voice and almost shouting. She answered WHAT IS OFFERED TO YOU OR WHAT ARE YOU CALLING US FOR and I answered, "It's really because I'm interested in Tesla, they have model Afterwards I was waiting for them to call me again but they never called me again so I don't recommend this dealer at all because they will treat you like garbage and they don't care how they talk to you or how they treat you
