The service department at Ontario Ca, was fantastic!. The team was upfront about my vehicle recall requirements on my 2015 Infinity Q50 Hybrid Sports Sadan, and the part/s needed for the repair, Olivai and her team kept me updated throughout the repair process, and even offered là courtesy wash on my car when it was finished. I felt completely confident in their expertise and will definitely be returning for future maintenance.

What a great experience with expert salesman Mouris. He was easy to deal with and very relaxed. Not pushy. I had a car picked out and were able to agree on a monthly that I was comfortable with. TJ in finance was great. Made sure I understood everything and was no hidden information. Very transparent dealership. Coming from the dealership world for over 10 years, it was refreshing. Drove over an hour from Oceanside to Ontario and would do it again! I would definitely recommend anyone to come check out Infiniti of Ontario.

Bought a Q50 here just recently. Jazmen and Luis went out of their way to make the process smooth. Also, on my first car maintenance appointment, they both Luis and Jazmen tagged team to make things much better and arrange a car loaned to me. Since my availability due to my work, I had to bring it in during the last hour for maintenance and needed a loaner the next day all day. They had no loaners. However, they were able to arrange a vehicle after jumping through hoops to make it happen. Thank you, Luis! Thank you, Jazmen!
