Called in for information regards my son, first girl was just lost and didn't know anything. Saying there's no one available since she had no knowledge , I asked her what are my sons teachers name and just puts me on hold.. than JULINA just made things worse as she just answers and starts talking and when she finally stops I let her know that I will be recording the call since they are declining any information regards my son that I'll pick up from school everyday. After " I said as mentioned to the previous girl you will be recorded as no information is being given to me about my son" she gets mad and super defensive and starts acting jumpy and ends up hanging up on me! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Supervisors contact me about your employees. The board will definitely be hearing about this

The Director Regina and staff are so amazing! As a first time mom, I did not want to enroll my son in any program due to the fear of negligence. However, seeing my son excited for school and how comfortable he feels with majority of the staff gives me peace of mind. Thank you Easterseals Montclair for all that you do.

At this location they have great teachers BUT the site director (reina/regina/something with an R) is rude, unprofessional, harasses, and shows favortism to families and her staff.
