Employees put minimal effort into anything. Had to in two different occasions let them know they had fedex and photo printing and with both had to educated more how to do it.

I don’t normally write reviews but this experience was just terrible I ordered pictures from here and they missed like 10 pictures that I still got charged for I went back and asked if I can submit my pictures again and I did and they were still missing and the lady just told me to leave which was so rude. I don’t like confrontation so it took a lot for me to go back to see if I can get those pictures they were really important to me and to be treated that rude and told to just leave was a terrible experience. I also got the wrong change back the guy who charged me didn’t give me my change at all which I didn’t feel the need to complain because it’s just two dollars and again I hate complaining but still terrible experience

This location of pharmacy department is a joke..!Especially the the waiting time and when you call them, they'll put you on hold an hour and then hang up on you...

Idk why people say this is a bad location. I have been going here for years and the people here are friendly. Yes, it takes a while to get your medication but that's really the only negative. The place is clean, they usually have everything, and the pharmacists always try to do their best, even if it's inconvenient at times. It's not a bad location, you just have to be patient with them.

This pharmacy is just awful in every way, shape, form. Takes WAY too long to get your prescription, expect to come in a few days or week. When they tell you it’s ready, it’s actually not ready, and when it is they have your name wrong or overpriced copay because they failed to mention that’s it’s actually not covered by your insurance anymore when it was just covered a week ago. Just please, read the room, read the reviews, and don’t come here. Period.

Pharmacy has gotten bad. Been on hold for over am hr and keep gwtt8ng put on hold. Then they hang up. Refills are never done in a timely matter. Don't use this pharmacy, use any other one but here Suoe bad customer service.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. I really don't know what it is, but they always....ALWAYS take forever. They have a drive-thru, but that takes even longer. There's always people waiting inside in the waiting area. I had so many issues with them because I would call and ask if my medicine was ready for pick up, and they would give me the run around. First of all, the calls don't go directly to this location. It goes to either a different pharmacy or call center (I forgot what the girl told me). If you need to speak to them directly, they will transfer you, but good luck getting them to answer. They would leave me on hold for over 20 minutes. Sometimes, the call would get "disconnected." When I would finally get through or go in to ask on the prescription, they would give me a date to pick up. I would show up on that day, and 1, it wasn't ready, and I had to wait or 2 they would tell me to come back another time. It was getting ridiculous. I thought it was just me who had this problem, but one time, I overheard a lady telling the pharmacist not to call her saying her medicine was ready for pick up if it wasn't. I realized then and there that it was an ongoing issue not just with me but with others as well. That was the last straw. I transferred everything else to a different pharmacy. This Walgreens is not as close to my house and was wasting too much of my time going back and forth or even trying to get ahold of them.

Indifferent, understaffed, uncaring about how long they make people wait Waited 2+ weeks for prescription, after 3 follow-up in person visits, finally had to go to a different Walgreens. They are clueless on how to submit Manufacturer's coupons. Have no idea when out of stock items are expected. Never ever going back.

Went there tonight and I was waiting in line in the drive thru pharmacy for 10 minutes behind someone. It was just us two in line the whole time, finally the person in front of me gets their prescription and they drive off and we pull forward. As soon as we pull forward, they close the window on us. An "I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we're closing for the night!" would have been nice, but we didn't even get that. So I'm thinking "well maybe they're just closing the drive thru for the night but they're probably still open on the inside." Nope, we walk up to the pharmacy inside, politely say hello.. and the rude pharmacy staff says in the nastiest tone I've ever heard cuts me off and says "we're open tomorrow at nine." Did not say hello back or apologize for the inconvenience. Every other time we've went they've taken 20+ minutes to give us our prescriptions even when they weren't busy at all and they never apologize for the wait. Do not get your prescriptions sent here, ever.
