Well, I didn’t end up having to utilize their services, the man behind the counter was wonderful and very informative. I will definitely be going back next time. I am in need of computer repair.

So happy to have found this gem of a tech repair company! They did a great job fixing my MacBook Pro at a very fair price. I'll definitely be bringing all my devices here. ...Sure beats the driving, parking and waiting in line I'd have to do to go to an Apple store! Tech Rockstars Rock!

My computer's hard drive had eminent failure, so I bought a new computer to transfer all my files but it froze and I was unable to do anything. I was really stressed out because I needed to process payroll on my QB desktop. I called several computer repair shops but nobody answered. Tech Rockstars answered and they said I could bring in my computer right away. They were able to transfer everything onto my new computer and saved my Quickbooks file. I can't thank them enough, I really appreciate they were available, every time I called to check in my computer they answered their phone. The employees were friendly, appeared concerned for me and were very helpful in a answering all my questions. The best part was the price was only $160. I highly recommend this company for your computer needs.

I come from the pre-computer generation who finds all tech issues baffling. So I greatly appreciate the patience and people skills as well as the technological savy at Tech Rockstars. They kept me going in the years I lived in Monrovia, and I haven't found anyone in my new Ventura County hometown that matches Tech Rockstars in skill and prices. I have found it is worth returning to Los Angeles County for their services rather than wasting time enduring less reliable and more costly services here.

Had a great experience with the tech team. They drove two hours down just so we had everything sorted in the office. Kevin and Chris did a lot in a short amount of time. You rock tech rockstars!

I simply want to agree with all the positive reviews. Having very little knowledge about computers, it has been difficult to choose a computer technician to work on my computers that have needed repair. The staff at Techrockstars have had a good track record repairing my computers. Please trust them for all your personal computer needs.

It's okay. I doubt the in store technical guy remembered to get back to me, like he said he would, about shipping my Origin computer back to Origin for replacement parts for older models.

I took my laptop into Tech Rockstars after getting a message that my battery needed replacing. Kevin removed the battery and confirmed it did indeed need replacing. He also explained how important it is to have the battery replaced before getting to low as they have been known to explode once drained. I always appreciate how professional and considerate the entire staff at Tech Rockstars are. They never hesitate to explain what repairs are needed and why. Thanks again Kevin, Dan, and German!

Been a customer since Feb 2010 (we checked last time I was in)! Helped me with a failing hard drive on my son's gaming computer this time. Steve and his crew are awesome!!! With networking, building, upgrading, remote assisting... computer expert access for those of us without an IT department!

Hoping it was just a bad cord, I drove over to their shop and spoke with Kevin. We discussed my options and he offered to loaned me a pair to try. Turned out it was a problem with my power cord. Thanks again Tech Rockstars, and yes, you guys do Rock!
