Judy was awesome, she gave haircuts to both my girls. She made them feel comfortable and gave them adorable styles. We will definitely be back in the future.

This place is charging for every little thing. I hate that, no where else does this. $15 extra for fades and design.

I have had yet another terrible experience at Snip-it’s on Foothill. They’re pretty awful in terms of cutting. But my daughter insists on them because they give her a lollipop, which now after a pretty crappy experience didn’t even get because they didn’t have lollipops (cue crying!)
The woman literally did one cut across my son’s forehead (one), and on my daughter didn’t even do any layering or anything and charged me for a full cut. Mind you, she was new and the other person there was telling her in Spanish what to do, including what to charge me.

My daughter wanted a princess make-over. So I surprised her with a princess dress the morning of. Got her dressed up and took her to snip-its. There, they braided her hair like Elsa, gave her a touch of make-up, and painted her nails. She said she felt like a princess and loved the whole experience. It was supposed to be a special day and it met her expectations.

Came here to cut my toddlers hair for the first time, and although he was a bit scared Toni took great care of him. Since he was a little wiggly and fussy, she gave him something to watch while she got to work and he sat still for the most part. She was very patient and spoke to him explaining what she was doing. His hair looked so cute after, and it was the right cut for his face. Fast forward a month and a half later, I tried to touch it up and butchered it. I took him back to Toni and she fixed him up. Overall, a great place and I will continue to bring my toddler here for his cuts

we have been coming here for and we love Toni. The new stylists are not great. we had a 9am confirmed appointment both by email and text. We are just leaving now at 1030am. we were made to wait because something is wrong with their computer system?? we then tell them a 3 on the sides and a little off the top. she proceeds to cut it super short all around and it's uneven ... and my son sits there without moving or crying. the entire experience was just awful and I don't know if we will be going back there !!!

if I could give zero stars I would! I recently had a distressing experience while taking my son for a haircut at a salon that states they specialize in catering to children, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Regrettably, the service we encountered fell far short of expectations. Despite assurances of expertise in handling such situations as my son who is fearful of the noise of the hair clippers, the stylist was not equipted and had zero experience in how to handle or manage the situation of my sons fear. To make matters worse, there were two other stylist there who all they did was stare at my son as he became increasingly distressed to the point one of them even stood behind my son to watch! Their passive stance, rather than actively attempting to defuse the situation or engage my son more positively, was disappointing and unprofessional. My sons hairdresser had nothing to say or skills to handle the situation which just made us all more tense. i had to ask the the stylist to stop and leave with an incomplete haircut and even then i was still charged FULL PRICE! As a paying customer but more importantly the mother of a child with special needs, I expected a level of professionalism and empathy from " trained professionals" especially when they indicate they cater and specialize to children, including those with unique needs. Reality fell far short of this standard, leaving me with no choice but to sever ties with the establishment permanently. Stop advertising you specialize with kids on the Spectrum!

Stylist is nice. They market themselves as specialists for special needs haircuts but there is no difference between haircuts for those with special needs or not. Going back to our normal kids salon...

Warning you will either get a good or bad kids haircut depending on who you get

With limited options for kids cuts, I regularly booked with SnipIts. Unfortunately I consistently experienced poor customer service and often felt like i should find an alternate spot. The online text system isn't always accurate and when I provided direction I sensed frustration. Ultimately, I found another location.

Toni is the absolute BEST! I will only take my daughter for her haircut if she’s getting it cut by Toni. She’s very patient, kind and genuine and goes above and beyond each time we’ve gone to her. My daughter is a regular and we are always excited to return.
