Been coming here for years, but new owners. I took SEVERAL pair of pants to be hemmed. 3 of them were still too long. They changed 50 percent higher for slacks because of the “ blind hem”. They ironed a crease in my jeans which I didn’t request, and wanted to change an additional $5 to press it out. The woman makes up prices as she speaks. So, $12 to hem the jeans, an additional $12 to fix YOUR mistake, then another $5 to press out the front seam that YOU did?? Do not come here!!Services: Clothes pressing

Horrible place!! Ruined my dress, ruined my black blazer with burn marks. My husbands dress shirts where pressed and given to us with obvious stains! Not to mention they staple annoying tags and never remove them we have to remove them ourselves and if not careful would snags our clothes or cut our fingers. If we leave it on the tag they just staple a new tag over it. Im so annoyed with this place. This place ruined my $80 dress I loved and my $150 blazer. I did not waste my time taking anything back because I do not trust them with my clothes. Do yourself a favor and drive 2 more minutes somewhere else. I take the garments I care about to the cleaners and you completely ruined them!!! You should go out of business!

I got paint on my jacket and messed up my clothes. I carefully requested washing and picked it up two days later, and I am grateful that it was treated like new clothes.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I was looking for a place to drop off a bunch of my clothes for cleaning and I happened to find this cleaner by chance. The workers for so great, taking in all of my clothes and explaining how much all the my clothes would be. Kind, cheap and friendly service at this cleaner! Would recommend to friends and families!

I would highly recommend Monrovia Cleaners! They have incredible customer service and would recommend bringing all my clothes to this cleaner. I bring all my suits for dry cleaning and brought all my clothes when it needed to be tailored. I've been a loyal customer to them for 5 years now! Keep up the awesome job!

I used to come here a long time ago when they had a different owner, and coupons. I recently came back brought in a bunch of items, came to pick it up and some of the items look like they weren't cleaned and there was a lint on some of them. When I told the very nice woman at the counter she smiles and hands me a brand new lint roller. Mentioned along the lines something about their worker or workers have a lot of clothes to do. I'm thinking I'm spending close to $80 for eight items. Sometimes it's just cheaper to buy new clothes. This is just my experience your experience may be different. I may give them another chance or just look for other cleaners all together.

I am very disappointed with Monrovia cleaners. I have been coming here regularly for the past several years. I just picked up the clothes that I had dropped off last week to be dry cleaned, and they had not removed the stain on one of my shirts. When I complained to the lady, she said "Well, it's not guaranteed we can get any stains out. That's ridiculous!! I ALWAYS point out any stain when I drop my clothes off, but it never seems like they are paying any attention. I don't think they even tried to get it out! This really annoys me, especially because I am paying a lot of money to have my clothes cleaned. I really don't appreciate it when I come to pick up my clothes and the same exact stain is still there!! I think it's time to look for a new dry cleaner!

Please avoid taking your clothes here. I took some pants to alter the lenght; and when I picked them up one side was longer than the other. Ok, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I took 2 jackets, I clearly showed the 1 stain and she said, "okay we can remove it". During pick up time, I saw her putting it in a bag with hanger- Iike it wasnt ready. Ok, my jacket was ruined! stains all over! She said It already had them- NO IT DID NOT!.... my other jacket looked like they did not wash it, they refuse to refund me. My light beige jacket now has stains all over! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES STAIN AND RUINED!

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would! I never leave reviews, but this time I want to alert others to not make the same mistake I made!! Typically I take my clothes elsewhere, but I wanted to support my local cleaners with my business. When I picked up my items I saw my shirt was completely ruined, they said I should leave it for a "redo". Which I did. When I returned my shirt was significantly worse!! The ladies response was, "It's your fault because it's a Calvin Klein". I explained to her that I had never had any issues with it in the past. She continued repeating herself. This place is a joke! Save yourself a headache, don't take your clothes here!!

This is the 3rd time I take multiple items to this cleaner they are friendly and they try to do their best. My problem is that I took 14 shirts on one ticket then 4 more in other ticket. My wife went to pick up 18 shirts today and they said that they counted wrong and they were only 10 shirts on the first ticket, I know that is not true because I was their when they count the first time, but I give them the doubt and I let it go, I should have 10 from first ticket plus 4 from second ticket a total of 14 shirts I only received 12 shirts, I lost 6 shirts this time in the cleaners and I’m not happy. Call them and trying to get an apology or try them to understand the problem but I got no results from my call. I know mistakes happen but they did not take responsibility, I am disappointed

Worst dry cleaning. Do not come here. I dropped my husbands slacks off and forgot to pick them up within 30 days, so they now own his clothes. They claim since I was over 30 days they have no responsibility for the clothes which basically means they get free clothes after 30 days. Never received a phone call from them to remind me or let me know that I forgot to pick up my clothes when they were done being dry cleaned. I do not see how it is legally possible that if you leave clothes after 30 days they now have ownership to do what they want with them. Such a joke of a business please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Horrible cleaners. Expensive to begin with but that being said we entrusted that due to the price the services would match, after all we wanted to support our local businesses. My husband took his Rams, Lakers and Bulls jersey and pre paid for services. Never was he warned that the fabric could be an issue. Well needless to say they ruined his Lakers and Bulls Jersey. Like burned through the fabric! The fabric on the Lakers jersey was also damaged, it looks bleached. The Rams had a lipstick stain that is still there as if they attempted nothing. The worst part is the guy at the desk became defensive and started to yell when he was confronted about the damages BEFORE even apologizing and trying to make it right. My husband inspected the items in front of him and all he could do was offer $8 back from a bill of $24. This is about $300 worth of damages. Despicable service! We are a family in the neighborhood trying to support our local businesses. We should have just gone to our usual place. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!
