They contacted me the next day with the results needed a mother board I agreed to a very fair price and would be ready in a few hours. I was contacted that it was ready and told my iPad was outdated so the original mother board was obsolete so they actually upgraded the mother board to the next gen for the same agreed price , I have never had any shop do any upgrades big or small for the same price. Great shop super friendly they tell you exactly what you need and get it done for excellent prices what more can you ask for. This resulted with at least two hours' worth of waiting on the phone, only found out that we needed to solve the issue in store.We first went to the Temple City store where we were told that only the store manager could help during the initial visit. On the third visit we finally found the manager who told us he needed more than a Sales Permit and Business Tax number to help. he seemed dismissive and unwilling to aid.We decided to go to the El Monte store which was closer to our factory. Ms. Lupita Gonzalez, the Manager, surprised us that she was so helpful. She was multi-tasking, and she does it so well! She had two phones going while helping in-store customers. She even delated her lunchtime more than two hours in order to finish our case.We were very happy and thankful that she was able to solve our problem. We highly recommend this store.
