Horrible experience, so I get 3 shirts and 2 pants PRESSED. When I went there I made it very very very clear I don't want creases in my pants. I get the pants back and I can NOT BELIEVE they're creased. I literally got so frustrated because i literally made it clear. So then I explained the issue and she tried to take the pants in the back to iron the crease out and it did NOT help. There was still a line and there was no hope. She asked me "I can do them again it will take a few days" WHAT! It's Christmas weekend and I don't have time to leave them again. She asked "what can I do" I said you can refund my money just for the pants. She said "I can't I have to pay workers and it takes time" lol truly what kind of business is this! Right away I knew! I made a major mistake coming here. Absolutely insane. BE smart. There are dozens of dry cleaners in the city. Do NOT choose this spot or take a big risk. Literally there are many on foothill and I regret! Picking this spot. Lastly! I never heard or paying 35 $ to PRESS! 2 pants and 3 shirts. But lesson learned.

I dropped off a few shirts but they Smelled moldy and had stains upon pickup. The whole building is unkept, dingy, musty and ratty. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Very rude lady. With a place that dirty I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets shut down soon. I hope it does. Don’t spend money here. Just nasty.

We've been coming here for years and I can't imagine a better place. If you need mask, they can make them. They alter beautifully and our dry cleaning is done professionally.

Should of known by how ran down, the clothes I put in did not smell like they were clean. In fact they smelled like old food in the trash. She was confrontational when the problem was brought to her attention. She said that she doesn't know what I mean by the smell. Don't waste your time, she is not doing good business and you will be disappointed.

It smells like food. I saw rat feces and the place is run downn. Looks like going out of business. The clothes came back unclean, smelled bad, and she charged me anyway although I complained about it. Smells like rat urine. Infested.
