Worse shopping experience I had last night. They only had two registers open the lines almost to the back of the store. The cashier was rude and so unprofessional. After waiting in the line forever and finally being next the cashier states they are closing that register. Don't say merge and you be next in line. No, instead suggest well you'll just have to go to the back of the line and wait for the next register to open. The customer behind me left their full basket and said they can just go somewhere else. You would think they would have employees that had some Idea or training on what customer service is. The fact that not even a manager would see how stressful that situation could have gone negative quickly. They could have had at least one person redirecting shoppers and not just tell them figure it out on your own. Hopefully someone realizes how to schedule coverage and retrain how to speak to costumer in a more caring and professional manor. on that note my next late night shopping will most likely choose a different store.

I was having a rather blah day until I was rang out at Yvette C.'s register.She was very helpful,funny and is a great representative of outstanding customer service.GREAT JOB,YVETTE!!!???
I returned several days later and another exceptionally nice lady named Seana rang me out.These two ladies are what CUSTOMER CARE is all about.I look forward to seeing them both on subsequent visits.???

I love love love Winco. I used to get food stamps and i would go major shopping once a month and i would only go to Winco. I would make my grocery list in order of each isle, i knew what was in each isle. Now i dont get foodstamps and so i can only afford very small amounts of food at a time so i dont make the trip to Winco as much, hardly ever. But i miss it and when i do get to go like i did todsy. It is like Disneyland for me and the final cost is so much less than i anticipated. Friendly people , patrons and workers

We travel from Atwater to Modesto WinCo for the excellent food variety and lower prices. We love the prepackaged meals, salads, and sandwiches, which helps to make dinner prep easy for a couple of nights a week. The store layout makes for easy access to all aisles. But be aware that they do not take credit cards.

The employees of this store especially the cashiers are very scammers and thieves, the food and items I bought were all around 52 dollars and every item I bought they wanted to charge me twice as much for each item and finally they did. All household items for $78. Give me a receipt, I asked them these things of mine are not very expensive, why should I pay so much, when they recalculated it was 52 dollars, they couldn't even look at me out of embarrassment. eyes and were so rude that they didn't even apologize.

I love Winco’s prices, however, I paid $25 for
two ribeyes which were very tough. Not at all happy with this. ?. Couldn’t even eat it.

They didn't even check and see if I had a card to get in. I don't know if they still do that, but they didn't and I don't have one so it was nice. I was just picking up pizza.

Don't come here after 7:00. 16 check stands and only 4 open. We waited in line for over an hour. They increased the prices at the store drastically. Spent 250 for 4 bags of groceries. This used to be my favorite grocery store.
