Went here to buy a part for my BMW only to be sold a defective part that didn’t function, when I went back to talk to them about it they said I’d have to do one of three things:1. Pay $250 to exchange the part if it’s not defective2. Pay $30 for a new part3. Bring in my car for them to diagnose the whole car then replace or charge me for a new partI would’ve brought my car in but the part is what allows the car to start in the first place, so I’d have to pay $80+ for towing to the dealership.Two employees also stated that I could bring a tester in for the part so I can test it in front of them, but without one they’d have to diagnose the whole car.I find it a bit outrageous that they sold me a defective OEM part then say they won’t take it back no matter what due to policies (which I can understand but it’s still makes me frustrated).Unfortunate that this the experience I had to have.

This is by far the worst for service ever! Serviced my car and lost my M valve stems, oil handprints left in my car and the 1 out of 3 service agents are actually nice. They replace my valve stems with gray ones and dont even say anything. When needing a car my last 3 services because I need a car for work it seems like a huge obstacle. Mercedes crushes these guys in service. How about try to smile and make peoples experience good. Meanwhile atleast make sure the coffee is even ready when you open. This one BMW location is seriously making me want to go back to either Audi or Mercedes. Why spend so much on a car when you get Honda service? (2021)New kicker October 2022I just took my vehicle here for a coolant leek. Not only are the service people here rude af they tried to literally charge me 2400 inspection included for 2 coolant hoses I know a BMW tech and he's like get the parts I will do it for 600 and have it back to you within 4-5 hours. On top of that they don't give you a loaner or rental anymore unless you are under bmw warranty. 40 dollars for a rental is nothing especially when you are bending people over! This dealership is the absolute worst in the country I have ever been to. I've been to many that make you feel at home etc. Go to Mercedes or Lexus you will get proper service with kind people. Its insane to me how this place still has the BMW name on it. Go to the bay!

They took good care of my car while it was having some repairs done. They kept me informed, sent me video's of everything they were suggesting my car to have done. Top notch service. Not pushy what so ever.

Went for an oil change and a replacement of a headlight. The price of the oil change has gone up to $160 now, but the headlight cost $110 to diagnose. Um that's what the instrument panel already told me. The headlight was $300 and putting it in another $300. I called to discuss this. Three phone calls no call back, i finally reach my adviser who has nothing to say. Poor customer service, ridiculous pricing. Very expensive labor. Never will go back.

After taking my BMW in to this Modesto, Ca dealership for service I was shocked and disheartened. They are crudely insensitive and impolite to customers which is an insult to the prestigious BMW name.I will never go back there.That day Valley BMW in Modesto, Ca proved to me that the many horror stories I've heard about them are all true.They do not deserve even 1 star. Horrible dealership!

A big thank you to Thomas Westfall, Monique Zaragoza and Doug Demasi at Valley BMW for their exceptional services! We went in earlier this year to custom order my 2023 BMW EV. From the moment we placed the order to when it finally arrived (this has to be one of the best Christmas presents thus far), not only did the team kept me updated on the status throughout the entire process, they also answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. Thomas was fantastic! He went over all of the details of the financing and made recommendations without being pushy. He was a true professional, knowledgeable in his line of work and personable. He made it so easy to work with. Monique is a GEM! She truly put my mind at ease and assisted me every step of the way and always with a smile. Doug is the unsung hero who does amazing work behind the scene and made the process go smoothly and efficiently. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the quality of service that Valley BMW has provided!

Got an appointment through their portal and selected option that 'i will wait at dealership' to have the job finished and take the car back. Once i reached the place, Kam told me that they cannot finish it the same day. Well, i mentioned clearly on the appointment and tried to reach out to Kam before my appointment but can only reach his VM and left a message with no response back. Wasted 1.5 hr of my time to drive to dealership and come back only to have 0 progress.

Leased my 3rd BMW from Valley BMW and each time it was a quick and smooth process. Monique reached out couple months regarding my m5 lease coming to an end and let me know they had an allocation on a 2023 M5. It was the first time I got to have a custom build to get exactly everything I wanted. Monique's communication was the best she stayed giving me updates on the car and always answered any questions I had. She was amazing to work with!I also wanted to thank the sales managers Dean for working on getting the deal done smoothly and the other sales manager Doug for helping with the lease paperwork and Thomas is finance was amazing. Definitely go to continue doing business with Valley BMW.

I bought a used BMW from a private party. I was having a problem Setting the drive cycle and making it smog ready. Valley BMW were very thorough with the video presentation of what had been customized and what needed repair. Kevin Rego was especially helpful he kept me informed of what was happening along the way and pricing so there were no surprises. He also worked with me on affordable solutions and compromises to get my BMW safely back on the road. Everyone was friendly and professional I could not have asked for a better experience from a dealership.

Yikes. Called here over the weekend to see if they had a car in stock. Spoke to the sales manager Dean who said he would get back to me, it's now Thursday and I haven't heard back...really disappointing. Guess in this market-it's not pertinent to provide much customer service at all with the chip shortage and all.

My son had his car recently worked on...it was a joke. No communication...gave information through text message, no one returned phone calls. $3,400 later...it is fixed. Now the inside of the car is greasy and filthy. Horrible service. I cant speak to the sales side of things but I won't take anything back there again. For a "premier" dealership, it was disappointing.
