WOW! Where to start! I am and still am blown away by the help, level of customer service and friendliness' that this shop has. I was referred to Kevin and his shop by Chris @ Ca Auto. I will admit I was a bit nervous and I didn't want to have one get over on me and be honest with what the issue was with my car. I was treated with the utmost respect! I can't emphasize that enough. I explained to Kevin what the issue was over the phone and he knew exactly what it was and was able to get me in that afternoon. Unfortunately, I wouldn't have a ride if I dropped my car off at that time so he allowed me to bring it the next day at 8am. He had given me a loose quote over the phone with the best and worst case scenario. Thankfully to expertise and knowledge I walked away with the best scenario and a huge relief. He recommended I bring by car back at so many miles and you better believe I have that note in my phone. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the team for making my experience there amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone! It's truly hard to find honest people who value their customers.

Modesto is so lucky to have Modesto Transmission. They helped us out right before the holidays, when life gets crazy busy. We felt they took great care and put us first. I’m sure I’m not alone in saying it seems as if customer service lately doesn’t exist. Modesto Transmission is a throw back to a time when it did. Great owners, staff and service. It's so hard to find an honest shop these days. From start to finish I was taken care of. Kevin, the owner, took my call and diagnosed my problem over the phone. He had my truck back on the road the next day. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your transmission needs.

Hands down this is the transmission shop to go to! Kevin took the time to give me advice over the phone after I received a quote for $3,600 to rebuild my 727 transmission from another shop that did a visual inspection. Only a visual inspection! I brought my sweet 1977 Dodge B200 down and a few days later Kevin called me and said all it needed was a $250 service and was ready for pick up. I can’t even begin to tell you how nice it is to meet an honest person who runs an honest business. It’s rare these days! Highly recommended and if I need anything in the future I know where I’m going!

Kevin offered an amazing price to install a transmission on our 2002 Chevy Avalanche. He also took the time to show and discuss the higher quality parts used for the rebuild. Kevin went above and beyond by returning to his shop after dinner, around 7:00pm, so we could drop off the truck before leaving out of town for work. Dropped it off Friday evening, and it was done on Monday! Highly satisfied with their excellent service, quality work, and prices! Thank you to Kevin and his team!

MODESTO TRANSMISSION IS AMAZING!!Just had my transmission rebuilt by Kevin. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE A NEW CAR! Had to have a transmission replaced on my 2000 Silverado. Service was quick and efficient. Price was totally reasonable. Kevin also really went above and beyond helping me pass my smog test - can't say enough good things. Awesome service.

Nephews car broke down Tuesday before Christmas. A friend referred me to Modesto Transmission. Super friendly and helpful in explaining possible issues. Received a call back same day and they said the rear brakes are shot! They had it in and out the next day! Great Local Family Business! Highly recommended! AAAAAAA++++

Kevin and his employees at Modesto Transmission all went the extra mile for me. There was so much good I observed in how Kevin ran his business. Write your Dream Sheet of the perfect business and how you want to be treated, this will be them. Yeh, Kevin even gave me a military discount! Old School all the way, he makes sure to take care of his customers, and with sincerity. They do not act put out when you ask a myriad of questions and they answer them to the best of their knowledge; they take you under the vehicle with old and replacement parts in hand and offer to explain everything to you; they pay extra for higher quality parts; they work with you to keep a fast turnaround time; and yet they still charge much less than other competitors. I cannot praise this company enough! I put a lot of thought into whether I'd have my transmission worked on or buy a new vehicle. Kevin was amazing, explained everything I needed to consider and made me feel comfortable with the decision to fix my Acura. His team came in right on estimate, my car was done when they said it would be and Im thilled the car is running great!! Thank you so much Modesto Transmission!
