This was one of the most smoothest lease purchases ever. The staff (our sales rep Ramsen Dadesho and his team) were quick to listen to and address our needs and did this throughly and professionally. This Infiniti is AMAZING! I had purchased my car back in January and they gave me a free year of service(oil change and tire rotation). Quick service, game me updates as I waited, and made it super easy and convenient for me. Thank you guys! You're doing a great job!

I connected with Infiniti of Modesto through TrueCar.com in my search for a Q60. My sales rep, Chelsea, was great, and Ramsen delivered the car to me over 1 1/2 hours away. He was so helpful. He spent a lot of time going over all the details and I even learned some new things. (This is my 6th Infiniti 2 door coupe.) I highly recommend Infiniti of Modesto; they made everything easy.

I have a 2011 EX 35 and I have been taking my vehicle since I moved to Modesto from the Bay Area in 2019! I took my car today because my rear tire passenger side has a slow leak! Marcus set up an appointment for me and within an hour it was fixed! When I asked Marcus about the fee for fixing the leak I was told that it's free! Thank you so much Marcus and your team at Infiniti Modesto!

After Tracy Nissan ruined my car and left me carless for 6 months, I was in dire need of a new vehicle. I was a first time buyer (which made me a little nervous) but Angelo was very kind and helpful and walked me through the entire process. I already knew which car I wanted so he had me come down to Infiniti to check out a few different options. I picked the one I liked most and he was able to trade in my old Nissan. I am super happy with my new car and am very grateful for Angelos help!

The computer went out in my QX56. Infiniti of Modesto took care of me from beginning to end. They provided a loaner car and communicated very well. Marcus the head of the service department was very helpful.

My husband and I recently traded in our vehicle and Raul sold us our new car. We told him we were going to finance through firefighters first and he said when we get approved to send over the info. We filled out the application in front of him and everything. Long story short, they did not honor it. I have spoken to Andrea, the finance manager, and called Chelsea, the sales manager who was there the day of the same. I've left Chelsea 2 messages with no phone call back. Andrea said it wasn't in there policy to accept an outside check after 5 days. We were never told of this 5 day rule and they received a check within 2 weeks of making the sale. I'm not sure why they won't accept a check... if we won the lottery tomorrow could we not pay it off in full? Is there any payoff penalty... no. So now, we have 2 loans.... 2 car payments... and 1 car. On top of this, nobody followed up to tell me what the status of the issue was. I had to physically go in to talk to Andre only to be told it's not our policy but she did admit it was their lack of communication. They never informed me they mailed the check back to me.... Never received any communication at all. I'm not happy with this dealership at all, even through my loyalty with them. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I have done business with them in the past. Management now, however, is not good! They need to work on customer service skills and communication with their customers! At least call me back. We will be paying off the loan with a personal check from firefighters first... but it should t have come to this. Not sure if they get a kickback from the banks they use it by they way we have been treated that's my only explanation as to why we couldn't pay off the loan through another bank loan.
