Called because my truck wouldn't move with a horrible banging from my undercarriage. Carlos said he'd be there in about a half an hour. He showed up withing 39 mins and I was impressed with modesto traffic at 3:30pm. He asked me what was wrong with my truck and I said I don't know, listen. I put in reverse, backed up then pulled foward. Right away when he heard the horrible noise he told me it was my carrier barrings. I have no idea what that is so he put my front tires on his flatbed and lifted the truck and said let's take a look. He said yup and showed me that the central barring that holds the drive shaft in place was completely gone and shook my drive shaft as he explained and it made the same sound I heard when I decided to stop my truck. Said it should be an easy fix and part usually only 100.00. Now all he was there for was to tow my truck to my house but he went out of the way to tell me what the problem was and how to fix it, setting my mind and worry to ease. I got home went and picked up the part for 97.00 and im about to take my drive shaft apart and fix it. Carlos was very courteous and helpfull and went the extra mile to help me. I appreciate his service and if I ever need I will definitely call upon him again. I highly recommend.

Incredibly fast and reliable service. I ran out of diesel on a holiday Weekend and Downtown Motors Tow was on site refueling and assisting in the restart of my vehicle within 30 minutes. Definitely recommend for any towing or service needs!Service: Fuel delivery
