.Terrible customer service.. I bought some items. She used 2 bags (I did not know this) but only put one on counter for me to take. I realized when I got home I was missing stuff so I called right away and the worker said well there isn't any bags left. She said the next customer must have taken it. I said we'll I paid for those items. She said bring the receipt in and they would look at the cameras. The loss prevention lady was extremely rude. Looked at the tape and said well she used to bags so sorry. I said she did but only one. I grabbed my receipt to just go and I guess I touched her and she ran after me screaming. I called corporate but have had no solution. Make sure you watch them bag your stuff because if they don't give it to you it's oh well. I will never shop there again.. the security person (female) should be fired. For God's sake it is not Macy's. She is a low life disgusting human and should not be working with the public. She should be fired. I will tell everyone I know to never shop at the coffee location. Even the manager was oh well. They stole my money and kept my items. Don't ever shop here

I went in at my lunch hour, they had one checker then another salesperson came up to help and started yelling for everyone with a black hanger to take it off and put on a rack to speed up the time in line. So for one I don’t appreciate being yelled and screamed at when I am coming as a customer to shop. I understand the speed of the line however no need to yell and by the way she was so loud no one understood what she was saying. That policy needs to be changed immediately!!! I will never go to your store again !!!!

At times, you find some great deals!Other times, it can be junk! I gave it 4 stars, because when you do find great finds, the price is right! It isn't always great, but if you are on a strict budget & need to shop for cheap clothes, home goods, or maybe even a suitcase, this is a very reasonable place to shop!
