If you are reading this avoid this place at all cost !! Terrible customer service they will lie to your face even when confronted with the facts … hybrid accord brought in for a front bumper repair I had no idea what I was getting myself into …LONG STORY SHORT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING …RETURNED MY CAR WITH ENGINE CODE AND SHORT WIRED FANS !! Luckily my insurance was able to pull the vehicle and have it diagnosed elsewhere after my car was worked on ! If not for having great car insurance this place would of cost me around 2k in damages that I would of had to pay out of pocket to fix but luckily I had proof pictures before and after the car was fixed even videos of the car from start to finish . Avoid this place !!!!! Save yourself the frustration .

Avoid this place by all means. Expected to be done with this repair in a little over a week it turn out 3 weeks and had to get manager Carlos involved to get the car early released . Insurance personnel had to intervene to get the car released early because the shop wanted to hold the vehicle until fully paid by the insurance. When the vehicle was release all the caps were not placed In place, I needed to replace the battery because it stopped working while in the shop, some interior ceiling lights stopped working while in the shop and all my panoramic sunroof headliner dropped. Got this car in the shop to fix my back bumper caused by a rear-ended hit and had to spend from my pocket the new battery replacement, the headliner replaced of all my panoramic sunroof and some interior ceiling lights that broke down while my car in this shop and it was a total coincidence that all this happen to my car while in the repair shop. Thank God I was able to get the car release early because I’m not sure what else could have broke down if the car had been left there longer.

They have helped me out on a couple of life's little hiccups and dI'd a wonderful job. They even buffed out something that wasn't included. I have brought two of my lexus to them and they just make them look brand new Thank you.

Customer service for me was good. That was the 2 star. But communication with me was not good because they said they would call you back , they didn't. I'm not sure if they even got some of my messages. The estimator didn't even look under my car that was damaged from a rear-end hit. They don't know how to do an estimate correctly. So their estimate was a whole lot less them the actual damage was. So they said it would be a week to fix. Yeah, right, it's been now 3 weeks later, and as I'm writing this review I have yet to hear back from the manager Carlos to hopefully say I can officially go pick up my car. Hopefully, the long wait is going to be worth it. Hope I have no issues with the job done. I get it they can't give exact $$ on estimate, that's why it's an estimate, right? But don't say it's only going to be ready in a week. I had to pay my rental car that was also recommended by my insurance. Almost $1000.00 because they kept delaying when my car would be ready. I still went without a rental because I couldn't afford any more. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLASE. This was my experience. I will put photos of my car once I pick it up.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bad job. They painted my car a different color, when I picked up my car they said they can’t match the same color, so I was stuck with 2 different colors. Oh and AAA recommend that place. Read comments before going to places. BAD place!!!!!!

I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I should have read the reviews before I brought my car to this shop to be repaired. I assumed because they work with AAA insurance that they were trustworthy and unfortunately I was very wrong. I had minor cosmetic damage on my back driver side door from a lady backing into me. When I received the estimate it was a low amount cause it was minor work, but they still estimated the job to take 6 days to be completed. This was not a six day job and I know because I had someone years ago side swipe my car from the driver door all the way to the back of the car while it was parked. I had a different insurance at the time and took it to a different repair shop where they were fast, efficient, and professional. I never had no issues with the job performance or time it took to complete the repair. It was completed in 3-4 days with no complaints or problems. Well I received a call after I dropped my car off to be repaired two days later stating that the repair was going to be more because I needed a new door from the impact. Again I seen the damage and it did not need a new door, they were just trying to get more money from the insurance and make the job bigger than it was, I know how these things work cause I am an insurance biller. So not only did they make the job bigger than it needed to be but what originally turned out to be a six day job, (again my car had minor impact it was in a parking lot so the other driver was not going fast at all.) this job turned into a 13 day job. I had informed the estimator that I did not want to be in a rental for a long period of time because my insurance did not cover all of the rental costs. They assured me that it wouldn't take long well that was a lie. So finally I get my car back and while I am putting gas I notice my driver side mirror looks different. It looked very dull compared to the rest of the car. And they supposedly painted that side with the clear coat so it would all match, so tell me why my whole car is shiny but my driver side mirror is not. Now I have to take my car back to them after they had more than enough time to make sure it was repaired correctly. I had a bad feeling when I took my car here and I should have went with my better judgement and took my car back to the shop where the previous repairs were completed. Do not take your car here to be repaired. Regardless if the insurance is paying for the repairs or not this is not the way you do business. And if they work this way with insurances I can only imagine how they get over on people paying out of their own pocket. This place is very unethical.

I really just don't know where to start I went through the whole process to take my vehicle get the estimate completed and schedule an appointment. I took my car in back in July received a call a day later that they did not have all the required parts at this point had already used a day for rental etc. I was informed that I could pick my vehicle up and would receive a call when the parts arrived. Fast forward I waited until the beginning of October when I was informed that I could bring the car in. I dropped my car off as I scheduled an appointment. I received a call that Thursday that the vehicle has barely been pulled apart to notice additional repairs that were needing to be addressed.On the third week I was informed that one of the issues I had informed about had just been initiated to my insurance and the car was being taken to the dealership. I called and inquired last week Friday and requested a call back on the status of my vehicle. To this day I never received a call now on our fourth week . I called my insurance in regards to my vehicle and was told by them that my vehicle was going to be ready. I had to call to inquire about the vehicle and the professionalism on the collision center I was quite bothered by. I picked up my car when getting into the car I noticed the following. The car had no gas and I ran out on the way to gas station that's how low it was. One of the main issues was not taken care of and I now still have a window that does not roll down all the way and work that was not completed after having the car for four weeks. I did speak with the manager as my husband was quite upset understood that was not ok on his part but it is also very frustrating that we entrusted that out vehicle would be returned fixed as promised and we ran into all these issues. To avoid all problems on both ends I am going to discuss with my insurance.

My 1 year old vehicle was in a major collision. CCC estimated that only the radiator, ac, bumper & minor body were damaged and it would be a 3 week repair. 3 weeks turned into 2 months. We were told the delay was due to their tech installing the radiator incorrectly. Finally received our vehicle back with grease on the interior, a dirty engine, didn't mount the hood on correctly and had paint flaws. They also forgot parts. We took it back for them to fix and that took another week. We drove the vehicle for 3wks and were stranded at midnight in the middle of a country road because the vehicle died. Stuck for 3 hours til a tow truck came. CCC missed a crack in our transmission. Our vehicle should have been totaled out the 1st time. Because they missed it, our ins had already invested $12k in repairs and would not total it out. Our vehicle had to be sent to a different repair shop and CCC was in charge of ordering the new transmission. Of course this was too easy for them to do. They ordered the wrong one and took a week to tell us. Because of their mistakes (missing the crack) my warranty on my brand new vehicle was voided. 3 weeks has turned into 4 months. CCC would not give us a a rental even though they made so many mistakes and even though they pretendedthey would. They asked for our CDL and personal info to reserve the vehicle. It never happened. 4 months without your brand new car, being stranded at midnight, making car payments for a vehicle not even in your posession- WHAT A NIGHTMARE. I WILL NEVER WILLINGLY COME BACK HERE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM to ANYONE! I am not sure how they're still in business but I'm convinced it has something to do with "missing" major repairs during inspection & collecting insurance money instead of totaling out vehicles that SHOULD be totaled out.
