This Target has a new policy where self checkout is limited to 10 items.. they have an employee standing guard to count your basket items... I can do self checkout faster than the employees and I don't steal... this sucks. I struggle to accept them enforcing this 10 item rule when they still allow dogs in the store yet there is a clear sign at the entrance that says "no dogs"

This target has really gone downhill. One cashier at 9am and all 4 self checkouts open but you can only do self checkout with 10 items. I can scan faster and be down than waiting in a long line for a human to do checkout. All I had was one hand basket not even full 15 items. If you're going to place limits and waste an employees time to babysit self checkout have it closed and have her ring customers up.

Insane pickup policy. Paid $150 for an item, cancelled as I'm pulling up to do the store pickup. Said it's out of stock. You had no problem taking my money immediately but I need to wait 2-3 days for a refund. Idiotic.

Always good deals on everyday items. I use the Target app and check it prior to shopping.

I'm so disappointed I went to the store trying to get nicotine patches since I'm quitting smoking I went to the register and the lady asked for my ID I shower my Mexican ID Hello I'm 58 yrs old I know if you look under 40 you need to present an ID card she called a supervisor ,,a younger Hispanic lady came and started talking to me in Spanish I'm not upset about someone talking to me in Spanish it's the point that how you're assum I don't speak English, it is so unprofessional the way you treat people by the appearance ,She said they only accept driving licenses and military ID ,I won't ever come back to this store, unfortunately I live really close and I have to come back to the pharmacy inside CVS pharmacy ,besides that I won't buy anything from any target location there's so many stores out there I can go to ,I don't need to be treated the way they did to me

I wanted to buy an item and price match. Cashier told me they don't do price matches (they've done it for me before). I didn't want to be mean and say anything but maybe teach your cashiers to either not be lazy or actually know the rules.

This review is for the customer service they have at the Ulta. I went there around 6pm on Thursday. The girl there barely responded to my questions. Didn't seems to be interested helping me. When I asked for her help to find a matching foundation, she said they were out of the cushion lol. Feel like she didn't want to be there or not a right fit for the job.

The new Ulta inside this Target is better than the regular Ulta. Better staffed. Brittany gave me the best customer service. I asked her to recommend anti aging liquid concealer, applicator brush, and setting spray. I usually just use mineral powder as a foundation but I needed something with more coverage and moisture. Brittany was excellent- knowledgeable, kind and patient.

Terrible customer service. Didn't have items ordered int he bag in drive up service. Called to let them know and ask if I could come get it. Costumer service put me on hold and it rang and rang. Then they hung up. Then didn't answer the phone after that when I tried to call back twice. Literally happened in the past 10 min.

I'm writing to thank Myles, a store assistant who working in custom serves department. On Aug 14th, I went to get refund of red card discount for some items I purchased about one week before that. I forgot to bring my red card when I bought those things. It was my first time doing that so I didn't know how tedious it is without bringing back those things I bought, as they would have to literally enter all the codes to help me return then enter codes again to repurchase by using my red card. Myles helped me that day. What moved me is that as I thanked him and apologized for bringing a lot extra work for him, he said "No worries, I would do the same thing if I were the customer myself..." He was so patient and polite during the entire time as he was helping me! To speed up this tedious process, he asked help from his coworker whose name is Wolfe who was also very patient. The way these two gentlemen worked together to get that job done was a beautiful teamwork! Both of them were very polite and friendly-- they greeted to each customer with smile, I don't normally see that even in some upscale department stores nowadays. Thank you again for your patience and hard work, I appreciate it!

The checker I had today was kind of sketchy and out of it. The first thing I lay down is my recyclable bag; so she asks me if I wanted a bag. I handed her $30.00 for my purchase. The receipt says I gave her $22.00 and then an additional $7.00 (=$29.00). The receipt says with what she entered that I should get 0.41 in change when it should've said $1.36. What she gave me for change was $1.17 cents. I asked for a manager and she didn't seem to concerned and gave me an additional 0.20. I was watching the checkers screen while she was getting my change and it said the change I was due was over $4.00? I'm no mathematician obviously, but can anyone explain this to me? I know there are all sorts of ways to scam the man and the customer, but this is over my head! Watch your receipts people!!!
