The staff was extremely helpful and courteous when moving in, taking the time to go over the paperwork and teaching how to properly use the freight lift. They even stayed a couple of minutes extra for me to quickly run something up to my unit. There were a number of unit options for our needs and our selected unit was clean and ready for move in.

Barbara and her husband greeted and welcomed me in their office as soon as I walked in. I felt very comfortable especially with the market area being very clean and the office area was extremely clean. I was shown storages with no hassles whatsoever. I've chose the one that I liked and we went forward with the paperwork. Barbara was very detailed on the do's and don'ts which I appreciate. Overall I rate this Storage Company as being an excellent facility not only in rates but also the cleanliness.

Jim provided with an exceptional customer service! He is caring, transparent, responsive and prompt. Awesome place and very reasonably priced! I am happy I moved to this storage from my previous storage where prices were go up every year. I would highly recommend this storage location to family and friends!

New staff is horrible and the guy there is very rude. He doesn’t care about his customers at all and he would rather try and act scary then care if his customers stay or not. If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Keep in mind the old staff that was here when I first came was very nice and helpful and i actually gave this place a 5 star but with these new people it’s definitely going to change

The new staff here totally changed this place completely. The new man there thinks he can boss everyone around and doesn’t even follow the guidelines. I was doing my weekly stop at my storage to put more stuff into it or take stuff out and he came to the storage and told me I was being “to loud” keep in mind I’ve been here for over 2 years now and this has never happened and I told him that and he said that doesn’t matter and if you have a problem with it you can pack all your stufff and leave right now so then I told him how unprofessional he is and to let me speak the a higher up he then yelled at me and slammed my storage unit and made me leave. This new guy is very aggressive and should be removed from the premises

Staff is very rude and disrespectful and when I got my storage it smelled and wasn’t kept clean at all and when I talked to the staff they told me I can’t get a new storage and there was nothing I can do about it. If you want a storage that you can keep your stuff into for a long time do NOT go to this one there the most unprofessional place I have ever been to and they do not care about there customers at all.
