phenomenal custom.er service here from Isabella! You can tell how in tune she was with the customers. I was trying on a display show and I was loving it! She brought out the shoe for the other foot so I coukd see them together I didn't even have to ask. Great attitude and great attentiveness from Isabella. Thank you so much!I bought the shoes! Great quality here

I’m extremely disappointed with the sales associate at this store when I came in today at 5pm to return a pair a of heels that were UNWORN to tell me that they have been worn when I didn’t wear them. They were clean, no scrapes and the price tag was on there and no damage. I keep explaining to them that there is small very minimal marks (which was like that before I bought them) because people ask for their size to TRY IT ON. Anytime anyone buys a pair of shoes at a store people try them on and walk around in them to test out. It’s never 100% perfect when purchasing a pair of shoes. She was also very rude and clearly doesn’t understand. Avoid this store.

IF I COULD RATE IT NO STARS I WOULD!!! I had bought a pair of heels that were tried on at the south coast plaza location. When I tried on the heels, there was no major paint scratches on the heels AT ALL . So I took them to the Mission Viejo location and as soon as I said anything, she was rude and entitled when it was me who paid $100 for shoes that have scratches on it. I was treated as though I know nothing and she just knows everything under the fucking moon when she herself doesn't even have the product in store to reference from. If i could put my heels anywhere itd be up her ass and around the corner.

Purchased a pair of shoes online and needed to exchange for a half size larger. All was great until I was handed a box with no lid. Only a box with a rubber band around it to keep the shoes from somewhat falling out. I asked the associate if the box had a lid and he said "unfortunately not". I'm not sure how I will keep this nice and tidy in my closet with a falling apart 1/2 box. I would think a shoe store would be able to provide the proper box since that's what they sell.... Shoes...

I am quite the procrastinator and came here a week before my best friend's wedding to pick up the specific heel she wanted all of the bridesmaids wearing. The shoe fit really snug so I needed a size up - a 6 - and the manager, Joia, took her time to call every nearby store to see if they had the pair. It took a while but she finally found my size all the way in SD. She had them ship the shoes to my address and told me that I would be totally fine and the shoes will get there on time. She was right - I received the shoes within 2 days to my front door step. The wedding is on Friday and thanks to Joia I do not have to stress about shoes amongst all of the other wedding to-dos. Thank you Joia! Excellent customer service :)

The associates in this store have a bad attitude and are very pushy for sales. I have come in a few times recently to check out sandals that peaked my interest, but every time I come in the workers make me feel like I am a nuisance and when I decide to hold off they roll their eyes and laugh at me as I am walking out. I don't know why they care so much whether I decide to buy a pair of shoes or not.

The lady's working were so friendly and helpful! I went with my three kids and my daughter tried on some boots, loved them and I whispered Christmas to the lady helping us. I came back two hours later and they remembered me and what boots and size I needed! I will definitely be coming back to shop in store.

All the girls had such positive attitude felt so loved walking in, and brought out almost 7 pairs of shoes I wanted to try on. I always get anxiety grabbing a lot of shoes and feel bad not liking any. I ended up buying white sneakers and a purse, loved talking to everyone there they made me feel welcomed! F*** the other reviews y'all just sensitive AF

I went in to find shoes for a Christmas party, I'm not really a shoe girl so going in to a place like that can be a little intimidating at first but Madeline was such a big help!!!! Super sweet, super enthusiastic, and actually had good taste. Great experience overall thanks to Madeline ! Got some super cute black heels to go with my dress. Thanks Madeline!
