The best shopping experience I've received in a long time. Not only was I greeted as soon as I walked in by the ladies working, within seconds Naj is taking my measurements since I told her I had ordered the wrong bra size online.While trying on a different size in the dressing room I was lucky enough to have Adriana an employee that was not even scheduled to work give me really good advice she just happened to be there and very knowledgeable.Between Adriana and Naj,I was given full service customer service with a great product and a great deal! Thank you so much for the experience ladies I'll be back :)

My wife wanted to get some new bras and she had read about this company online. So we made a trip up there today. The customer service from Tracy was AMAZING. I usually don’t review clothing stores, but I felt like the service here definitely warranted it. Needless to say we came for a bra or two and we left with a huge bag of items including sleepwear. Thanks for helping us Tracy and even ordering 2 items that were not in stock. Definitely will return.

This location is never open. Been here twice and closed twice, then Chicos next door which is the same company has multiple people working. Need to do a return, so now have to go to south coast which always has multiple people or Los Al than risk driving here again to them hopefully being open. I could call but once I did that and they were open then got here on my lunch and they didn't tell me they were going to fully close down for an hour during the day

Apparently I’m not alone - verified with website store hours only to find a note on the door that they open one hour later!!!! I’m a disabled senior who plans her outings carefully- not pleased with this poor, poor customer service

The Mission Viejo Soma store and staff are ridiculous. The store opens and closes when it pleases, the hours posted on Google are inaccurate, and the staff is rude. I had two bras to return, that were bought during the pandemic. I came to the store 3 times over the last six months to exchange the bras and each time the store was not open (yet the rest of the mall was open). I finally came back today and they were open (for another 5 mins!) and refused to do my exchange saying it has been too long. The products are standard items in the store and an exchange could have been so simple. Customer service at #Soma is horrible and I recommend others avoid shopping here. Both Nordstrom and Victoria’s Secret have same or better inventory and the employees are polite.

First time customer. Really enjoyed shopping experience thanks to Brittany's excellent service. She was very helpful in finding anything I requested and I appreciate how kind and professional Brittany was. The lounge-ware/sleep-ware is comfortable and a lot of variety in store. A lovely shopping experience thanks to Brittany's willingness to go the extra mile to find a product or offer to look online for you.

I was fitted in the store in the summer of 2019. Moved out of state and called yesterday to see if they still had the records because I couldn't read the label on my favorite bra. The lady that answered the phone was super helpful and patient and I am excited to have my dot com order arrive. Nice place. Thank you.
