Buyer beware. I bought a chair from here less than two years ago and was upsold the extended warranty that "covers everything"The chair breaks and now the warranty that "covers everything" does not cover if the screws in the chair break making it not usable and unsafe so now I have to pay to get it fixed. When I called they basically said the guy who sold it to me no longer works there and it's not their problem and I have to pay to get it fixed.Very disappointed in La-Z-Boy as the quality of the recliners has clearly declined and no has any accountability for when they sell you a warranty that "covers everything" but clearly does not cover something as simple as it actually not falling apart and breaking in less than two years.Beyond pathetic. Take your business to Living Spaces or someone that actually stands by their warranty.

I would have liked a different delivery date and a different salesperson. She brought up a purchase from 2016 and then gave me a receipt for my purchase two weeks before, not current one and never gave me a new delivery date.

Big selection store. Raul was very knowledgeable on the sofa sleepers and all the sales people were very congenial. Their furnishings are built with quality in mind.

We recently bought a new sofa recliner, area rug and accent table. We won't get them for 6 - 8 weeks, but the purchasing experience was exceptional. Pam and Damon (designer) were very helpful and know their business. Would highly recommend!

If La-Z-Boy sucked any harder, they would create a black hole and drag all of humanity into oblivion. My La-Z-Boy store card was opened four years ago when my wife & purchased numerous items. I have an exceptionally high FICO easily qualifying for the La-Z-Boy store card. But a year after issuing this card and several months AFTER paying it off, La-Z-Boy reduced the card's limit 50% without reason. I shrugged it off. Then today I went to check on and to request the original limit be reinstated because we are nearing completion of a home remodel, and the old furniture doesn't work anymore. Guess what? La-Z-Boy closed the account. No notice given...if I hadn't logged in, I would not have known. Here's the best part...their reason for this was "inactivity." I had the card for 4 years. So basically, La-Z-Boy doesn't expect their overpriced furnishings to last you 5 years and penalize you if you wait 4 years before repurchasing furniture. Well...I suppose that's about right cuz I notice my recliner was losing the wood finish several months ago and was not reclining or staying reclined like normal. The sofa is uncomfortable as well. My wife is heading out to replace pretty much all the furniture in the house except for the beds as the new flooring and paint makes the existing furniture all wrong. Guess who WON'T be getting our business? That's right...LazyBlackHole Furniture Galleries! Don't shop here...and definitely don't open a charge account here. The bovine excrement justifications they use to change your card status will harm your FICO and if you are OCD about protecting your credit rating like I am...La-Z-Boy's policies will eventually damage your score. Funny thing is...two years ago I was shopping for 8 dining room chairs and they didn't have any black dining chairs! OMG! How weak is that? You'd think B&W would always be available. I'm more upset with the lack of proper notice than I am anything else, zero communication! La-Z-Boy sets the customer care bar so low you need a backhoe to see it. Check their BBB.org rating, reviews & complaints.

We shopped at the Mission Viejo store and had the good fortune to work with sales representative Dawn Gill. She was knowledgeable, thorough and expeditious, helping us identify which products would best match our goals. She also helped us understand the process of ordering, manufacturing and shipping/delivery so we could choose whether to focus on ordering custom to fulfill our dreams or on hand (clearance) for amazing deals. Our choice enabled us to do both ~ finding high-quality luxurious seating that will work for us into the future at a terrific savings. Aside from her professional expertise, Ms. Gill was kind, compassionate, patient and helpful. We had a great experience at La-Z-Boy and know you will too.

Wonderful experience with sales rep Dawn, knowledgeable, personable. Really helped me to make the right choice, took her time, printed out photos of my choices. I really like her comment about making sure we pick the right sofa that matches how we use the room. Sofa will take awhile but so far I'm very impressed!

Store was lovely, and Michelle was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and provided suggestions (without being pushy). She helped me to decide on the recliner that would work best for me. The process was easy and pleasurable, and I look forward to receiving my beautiful new La-Z-Boy recliner soon!

Michelle was so warm and helpful! She listened to what we wanted and gave us awesome options to hit all the requirements we had for our new couch! I didn't feel like I was talking to a salesperson, rather someone who wants me to find the best piece so we'll be happy long term.

There is definitely a lot of furniture to peruse, and the sales people let us be until they saw us reflecting on one sofa. Then one person came forward and answered all of our questions. We were very happy with the service, but need to wait a couple of months for a back order on that sofa. With such high quality furniture and it being on sale, we had a very good experience.

We went to the Mission Viejo store looking to replace our favorite La-Z-Boy recliners. Dawn was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and helped us find the perfect recliners at a great price. Overall a great experience!
