The Girl there is SO NEGATIVE, THIS IS THE LAST TIME GOING IN THERE. She never has anything positive to say it's alwagoing here anymore. I'm sorry you need some mo faces at this place.. it's too. She's been there for many years, and I guess everybody's used to it but when we're paying top dollar and you get somebody that is so negative and just doesn't even wanna be there and get rid of her, but I guess that's how you run your store keeping her around. Sorry about the spelling and the talking. I'm so aggravated right now with that girl. I hope you lose all your business dude she is freaking rude and I don't know how you can keep her there. Spanish speaking fat woman behind the counter is very rude, no fun to interface with. You know the type. There are better places nearby that deserve our business.

The woman who works the registered during the days goes out of her to be rude and literally has no customer service skills. I've found another store that appreciates my business. Too bad, because the owner seemed like a decent guy.

Wont go back!!!!!! that woman that works there is awful. Nasty, mean, miserable are just a few things I can say about her, and that is being nice about it! Don’t waste your money on stores that treat you badly.

Rude lady that works there, wont go back! Should be negative ten for un customer service!!! If you have ever been there you know who I mean. Not sure how she has a job but I won't be back.

This lady is absurd and should be fired immediately. I usually come in the afternoons but the few times I have been here in the mornings, she has been working and always seems to be having an altercation with a customer in there. Today was my first time being on the receiving end of her craziness. I came in to buy $30 worth of lotto quick picks and she was just playing on her phone until she finished her game or whatever she was doing, then walked over to the register. I asked for my quick picks and she printed them out. I set a $100 bill on the register and she said that she couldn't break it. I apologized and told her that was all I had. When I turned to walk out, she said I had to buy them because she couldn't cancel them and I repeated that I only had a $100 bill so I wasn't sure what she wanted me to do. She told me I had to walk across the street and go break then come back. I told her I didn't have time to do that and she said I wouldn't be allowed back and that it was my fault because everyone knows that they don't have change until after 11:30. I left semi-frustrated about the interaction but I didn't want to be banned from a store so I went across the street to 7-11 and got change. I came back to purchase the tickets and she told me she cancelled them. I recorded the conversation for my protection and proceeded to ask her why she told me that she wasn't able to camcel them and I HAD to go get change if that wasn't true. She got irate and belligerent so I told her I would be posting a review about this interaction because it was unacceptable. I took this picture of her and she told me she was calling the cops then followed me outside and stood there for about 15 min while I waited for them. I was already late for my appointment so I was hoping they would show up and I could show them the video but they never arrived. Assuming it's because I did nothing wrong or they have gotten many calls from her seeing that I have been privileged to her outbursts on other customers in the past. Hopefully the owner sees this and takes action because I am sure they are losing regular customers due to her aggressive and unfriendly customer service

I true love this store when the owner and the males are taking my order, but today I had enough of that nasty attitude of the lady, she is always in a bad mood you can tell that she is not living a happy life, today I was there and she told me... You know I can't sell you anything if you have a alcohol breath, I was like what are you saying I just eat garlic and honey and she was like is smells like alcohol to me, I never disrespect it her but to be honest I'm not going back again, she has a really nasty attitude to customers, thank you for all the time serving Me take care owner you are great.

Just went to check my lottery tickets and the gentleman cashier was so friendly and helpful. What a Great improvement from my last experience with the lady cashier. I will visit more often on Friday's at 3:30. 5 stars !!

Horrible experience today. I come here often with my friend, and the owner is always friendly, which is why I come back. Today, some older, large lady accused us of something she wouldn't even clarify on and refused to sell us alcohol. She said hello to us and watched us look around the store and waited for us to get to the counter until we tried to pay and, in front of other guests waiting in line, thoroughly embarrassed us. She claims she remembers us although I've never encountered her before... Guess I will take my business elsewhere. Very weird experience.

So what happened was.. I go get what I need I'm going to assume this guy was the manager or the owner.. A short guy with lots of facial hair, wearing sunglasses at night. He asked me if he can bring my items to the cashier. He brings them to the counter . I said thank you, because that's what you do when Someone helps.. Right ? When I get to the counter I see something cheaper than what I was planning to buy. So I tell the BOOGER WOLF of a woman behind the cash register that I was going to get something instead of of what I had . No big deal right ? WRONG. The BOOGER WOLF said to me, " Are you f*ckin serious, how are you just gonna change your mind when you get up here who's gonna bring that back" . I was like, " Are you f*ckin serious talking to a customer like that?" I told the BOOGER WOLF, " You got me f*cked up". So I began to walk out . Then the man who wears sunglasses at night, came to me and was like, Please don't leave , she was joking " I told the man who wore sunglasses at night. that the BOOGER WOLF was being inappropriate and that's not what you do customers , and unless he was going give me my order for free , he can kiss my a$$ and I walked out. Whatever you do do not waste your time going here unless you want a BOOGER WOLF to talk crazy to you
