Tracy is the best! I have been going here since moving to the area. She knew exactly what I wanted the first time and has been doing a quick, perfect, consistent cut every time.

Tracy is amazing! She remembers how you like your hair, she's quick and very good. She measures and cuts, very precisely. My husband and I are done in a short period of time and always happy with her work.

Very rude when I walked in she told me they were closed despite the OPEN sign ON and butchering a man's hair in the chair. Then told me I had to make an appointment despite the walk in welcome sign. Maybe it wasn't meant to be?

I'm not sure if I can give this place 0 stars I'm going to see if I can because this is exactly what this place rates! For one the owner Tracy is extremely rude. She basically speeds through haircuts. For Tracy it's not about the quality and precision of the haircut it's about the number of people she can go through in one day. Sadly, my daughter was her next victim. I dropped her off for a trim, and curtain bangs while I was going to go run 1 errand she was ready before I even got to destination! Later in the evening realized how this woman cut my daughters hair! My daughter was so sad, I tried to call but Tracy was closed, I left a message Friday and got a call back Mon.Tracy to say the least was so rude, wasn't understanding that to do certain hair styles there's a technique, didn't want to refund any money either. From what I'm gathering she can cut short hair but not long..PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. For the longest time, I have always wanted curtain bangs. After Tracy had finished her two previous male hair appointments, she had asked me to show her a picture of the hairstyle I would like, which I showed her, as she was rushing me saying "okay, okay" as she barely took a second to even look at the picture she asked to see. After my hair was washed, my curtain bangs were snipped off in ONE snip each, barely even angled. Not to mention, Tracy cut off much more hair than I asked because she mentioned that she likes "short hair." She was rude and barely even talked to me. I didn't realize the work that she rushed until I thought the situation through, since she was finished in 15 minutes-- including a full wash. A couple days later, my mom decided to give her a call to ask a couple questions about my cut, which she was once again rude, lying, and refused to refund us even though she messed up my hair.

DO NOT COME HERE. This is your warning. I have never experienced someone this rude and careless. The only one who works here is the owner and that's probably because no one can stand her attitude. She does not know how to cut hair and has no technique for layers or curtain bangs! She botched my little sisters hair who asked for 1.5 inch off, her hair was down to her lower back and somehow she came out with hair to her bra strap. Her curtain bangs are barely angled and do not blend. They hold so much weight at the bottom and both sides of bangs are different amounts of hair. My sister has school pictures this Wednesday and she's so sad that her hair looks nothing like what she wanted considering it took the "stylist" 15 minutes to complete the hair, this is including a wash! She cut her curtain bangs in 1 cut. I know that's not how you are supposed to do it, since I get mine done regularly back in my area or we would have gone there. I'm leaving this review because she has zero customer service, zero skill, zero patience, and zero respect for anyone. I feel horrible for anyone who still chooses to come here. Men's hair cuts are done in about 5 min and seems like she's always rushing to get people out of her chair and someone else into it.

I came in for a haircut which was done well, however I was not expecting a full interrogation, she was asking how I found her which was on google then she said oh no people say bad things about me, which she has good ratings I am not sure why she said that. Then she was asking where I live and where I went before for haircuts and why I was no longer going there and when she asked what price I said too much and she just continued to pry into my life. I can understand wanting to be friendly but she was downright pushy. If she can be a bit more friendly next time I will keep coming back though maybe she was just nervous to try and earn a new customer.Service: Haircut

I'm so happy to find this affordable place to keep my hair looking good. The salon is tucked away at the corner of a small shopping center next to Taco Bell. Tracy works fast and diligently every time she washed, trimmed and blowdried. She is straightforward and would not try to up sell
