We needed our 2020 Karavan Sea Ray trailer (tandem axle) serviced. Called around because Rick's closed. Found Redhawk and spoke to Brian (he actually came over from Rick's). They got everything done in 3 hours and for less than I paid at Rick's. Assuming my Bearing Buddies stay on after dragging my boat to and from the mountains (so far so good), I will be going back every year. Thanks!

Great service and great prices and honest Manager Rich and his team are fantastic took my RV and had some work done to get it back on the road in time for Glamis. It used to be BPI now it's Redhawk Auto Service and RV now! They are New in Town but I know they have 3 more locations with excellent reviews and service. Will be back with my cars and RV. Came in to my appointment on 12-6-2023 and was pleasantly greeted by Alexandra the receptionist. I came in to have the spare key to my 2000 Jaguar S-Type 4.0 programed. Service was prompt & well done. Price was reasonable. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. Definitely recommend, as they are knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Quality service. Looking forward to continued patronage.

Brought our 32 ft RV in to get serviced last month. Excellent work on service and repairs. They noticed the frame on the house was damaged, when I asked them to look into a loud creaky sound I'd hear while driving. My RV is driving beautifully now! Thankful for their excellent work!! Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible service, bait and switch, and an owner that is lost in space. I don't want YOU to go through what I went through, so here goes. I go in to get some BASIC maintenance done, and had MANY other items that needed attention but were not critical. I pulled in and (what I thought) was lucky to meet the owner in the reception area. I explained what I needed and asked for a quotation on all of the other issues to be fixed at a later time. After having my car for two business days, a quote comes in with EVERYTHING on it WITHOUT the critical issue problems I asked for help with being addressed. I called in and the receptionist actually had the gall to blame me for some of the maintenance items that broke eventually because LAST time I was there I did not listen to their recommendations. There were NONE. Bottom line, this owner cares more about his sales than the safety and needs of his customers. I understand Range Rovers are money pits, I have no problem with that but at least address the needs of your customers and follow through. If I had not directly spoken with the owner, I would have complained but he sat there for 10 minutes with me prepping his sales job instead of helping me get my car fixed. F this place, I'm never going back.

These guys know Jaguars. I was considering buying an 06 Jaguar XKR. Had it brought in for a pre sale inspection. They did a very complete inspection, found many problems and gave me a detailed report. I told the seller no based on that report. Thanks guys for saving me from buying a car that was a real lemon. Chad was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and answered all of my questions clearly. Highly recommend these guys for any Jaguar repairs. Great shop.
