Awful service the people there are thieves! The manager charged me 20$ when I only wanted 10$ as this is how much my car takes just to get me home. I know very well how much gas my car will take! DO NOT COME TO THIS GAS STATION!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR GAS YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET! Not to mention that I was very clear that I only wanted to put 10$ because I usually pump gas at Samclubb. She was the manager and said oh I already put... 20$ I said I only want 10$ she then said it will only charge you 10$ don't worry I come to find out they charged me 20$ for no gas! SCAMMMMM ALLERT. THIEVES! Mind you My car fills up with 45$ it's a new car ! SCAMMMMM ALLERT. THIEVES! I was forced to go pump gas at another gas station A MOBILE where the gas actually came out! I'll put a example of what 10$ actually look like in my car! AND YOU BE THE JUDGE The first two pictures are arco the scammer. The last three pictures are from the mobile i went to next ! SCAMMMMM ALLERT. THIEVES!

Wife called to report fraud! I couldn’t believe how the manager was acting on the phone with her!! One of her employees tried to defraud a customer and the manager didn’t car! Never ever go here!!

I had an incident with fraud and Lilly was not accomadating or assist the police in the investigation and was quite rude to them. sad she continues this behavior to keep customers away

CONTAMINATED GAS AND BAD INTERNAL SERVICE RESPONSE TO ISSUE - I called the gas station and when I told the woman that they are selling gas with water in it, her response to me was "Ma'am, I am going to tell you exactly what I told the man before you that called, we do not have water in our gas". I told her that I do not know of any man calling you so the fact that you have numerous people calling you that you have water in your gas, YOU HAVE WATER IN YOUR GAS. I explained that my daughter has now spent over $700.00 in unnecessary work on her car to come to the conclusion finally that it is water in the gas. I told her that I would like to know how they will be handling these added expenses that my daughter has incurred, and her response was to hang up the phone on me. This purchase occurred on 04/13/2023.

The woman who cleaned the restroom on Thursday 2/9/23 at like 12:40pm would let me use the bathroom because she just cleaned it? That’s literally when you want the customer to use it.

Staff reuses to let customers use the restroom always have a new excuse every time. The bathrooms have been closed for over a month.
