I went to this location to return an amazon product.The product was a bit bigger than the box it came in because it was not possible to undo it.The employee went ahead an told me they could sell me a box for $12 to return it!I kindly ask if I could just grab a box from the GIANT BIN WITH EMPTY AMAZON BOXES that they had (anyone could see it) and will throw away at the end of the day.They said no because they are supposed to sell me their boxes. How messed up is that? So lame. What a shame. Horrible policy, and customer care from your end. You'd rather throw the reusable boxes away than helping other customer. Over $12?I'd rather lose the $20 for not returning my product.Also, I will ask amazon if UPS stores can sell their products and services to return amazon products. Friendly tip: it's easier to return at Khol's. They will bag or box the product for you at no extra cost, and most likely you'll get a discount to purchase something in store.

It is with much discernment I write this negative review. I attempted to work with the owner to retrieve my ring since June 2023. I write this to save people the headache of dealing with this store. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!My name is Lucy Carrillo I am an LAUSD Coordinator and have worked in the community of the city of San Fernando for over 25 years, and if I am taking the time to write this review and pursue other avenues to retrieve my ring it is as a result of the way the owner GABBY treated me during this incident and to ensure that this doesn't happen to another.An employee from this office negligently mixed up the address numbers and sent my ring to the wrong location back in June. I didn't realize until a month later when I called EFFY the ring company. It was EFFY who looked up my tracking number and made the discovery. Upon contacting the store I was told that I had sign and approved it so they basically washed their hands from their mistake. However, let me explain what happened the day I came in to the store.The woman that helped me, neglected of explain or offer any insurance or protection guards when she saw the ring ( First time sending anything via UPS on my own accord usually returns with return labels). She neglected to to advise me check that all information she had entered and that she had copied from a Customer Repair Form I handed to her was correct. She quickly dismissed me told me to sign and I didn't even see if the ring had been packaged. I as trusting consumer trusted I was in good hands and all was well and my ring was on it way to get repaired.It has been a nightmare to say the least, I have contacted Gaby the store owner and have either received the runaround or spoken to him and with his condescending demeaner where he explained how it was basically my FAULT for signing off. Not only did his employee proceeded unprofessionally, but how they conducted themselves is appalling and shameful. He basically did not take any responsibility for the loss of my ring of felt that his store should repair the damage. I have been back and forth since June and finally today he advised that I should receive a check for 129 and he would pay me for $100. I firmly felt this was unacceptable, and today I write this review and on Monday I will file a law suit, contact the BBB and escalate this to their corporate office. I'm positive that they would frown on the way this UPS store is representing their name in the way they're conducting business.

Have a mailbox there. OK in person but remote services, namely mail forwarding, are terrible. Have to call multiple times to get mail sent gives me no faith that things are being taken care of. I'm told, "ok, it's all set", but then nothing comes or I wait on hold forever and get irritated and hang up to try another day. Was super impressed when I lived locally but since I moved, have been much less so. The person who answers when I call to get the mail forwarded never has a clue and I end up waiting for someone to help, or being told to call back another day. This isn't a difficult task. Will not continue my mailbox when the term expires (they won't cancel it early even though they are the problem). Complete waste of money and time.

The Asian lady that works there is so rude and has this biggest attitude. She acts like she hates her job and hates her life. I went in for a letter and she asked for my ID and took down the address on that and then tried looking for the letter, she came back 2 minutes later stating she couldn't find it. I told her it went to a different address not the one on my ID. She then says "why didn't you say that in the first place. You literally wasted my time. What's the address". I gave her the other address and she found the letter. She kept rolling her eyes at me and sulking while I had to sign off on the received paper. Idk what her problem is but I wasn't going to match her low vibes and cause a scene. She literally was being a Karen for no reason.

Went there to ship a couple of items. Deny was sooo helpful from picking out shipping boxes to the best way to ship !! Very helpful. Miranda was another associate that was extremely helpful. Such great customer care from both. Super happy great location !!!

I don't recommend this store I brought my package in a older lady says "I'm gonna charge you for taping the box " no hello nothing this is how the package arrived. then I show her the return label I was given by amazon she said "that's not a shipping label" it's what I was given I said ok never mind I will go somewhere else I gave it one star because I couldn't proceed without a star

I've used this location several times for shipping, notary services & copies. They are always very helpful & prompt. Professional & knowledgeable. I'm so happy to have this business in my neighborhood.

"Sometimes what you expect from a friend, you get from a stranger." Thank you Gaby for being a genuinely great person. I could have gone to a couple UPS Stores closer to where I live but I chose to return here for the exceptional human experience. Thank you sir.

Location A+ clean and organized A+ Customer Service is horrible very rude not helpful and inpatient minus the deals Company mentioned ups scams the barcode and send it off easy FYI there is a charge to print a return label and another if not using cashUPS store at another location scanned the email sent to me - done Simple took 2 seconds
