I haven't been to this laundromat in quite some time. And to my surprise it was a disappointment. As soon as I walked in I seen the place was rundown. Most of the machines are out of service. I still decided to stay and wash my blankets. I found a working machine and started my load. Unfortunately the washer machine, didn't work properly because the soap that was added in the soap dispenser No.2, didn't dispense any water. The washer was done and the soap still in the dispenser. When I found the employee that was sitting down watching TV. Showed her and told her what happened her reply was "did it dispense water from the 1st one" my response was yes because it did. She followed with "well it's washed then", woman I ain't stupid nor a fool. So either put money on another washed or give me the money to start another washer. She started she was not allowed to do so and had to fill out a form and leave my card so the funds can be added. I filled out the form and didn't leave my card because my card had funds on it and I was NOT going to take a risk and have it be lost. Management needs to paying attention to their business and take care of it. Also trust your employees and allow them to do the right thing for your customers. In my case all that had to be done is start another washer vs. filling out a paper to be compensated for the amount that was lost.

Every time I come in to wash, there are more broken washing machines, dryer are also broken down. And then on top of that you have the homeless canvassing the area to who next they can steal from!!! I have been coming here for years and this is the worst condition I have ever seen this place. The owners are not fixing the problems that exist.

Very dirty place .Hardly working washers or dryers .Carts don't roll , if your lucky to find one. There are at least 3 more laundry mats in the area .Just Google .

Most of the washing machines are out of service and the ones that do work are halfway to their last wash. They either don’t dispense enough water or they don’t dispense water at all. Prices have gone up and for what? To have clothes half washed!? Last time coming here.

I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years but this was my last time coming here 80% of machines don’t work and none of the attendants seems to care place is always dirty now so disappointed

It's that time of the year when I have to use gigantic washer to wash all my doggy blankets and bedding etc.There's a new employee and she's so helpful and very Friendly and constantly cleaning the place.Her name is Lorena and I'm so thankful for her.There's only one suggestion to the establishment. Please have the broken washer and dryer fixed since about 40% aren't working. It'll give you more business. Thank you!!!

I don't know where to start, there are so much to say from the last time my wife and I been here, before the only problem was that at night it was dangerous due to the tweakers and homeless being around the lot and street, that calmed down my issue now is 75 percent of their equipment are down, dryers are beat down at least 5 missing of dangling doors, they added massage chairs but they don't sanitize or clean them was about to use them but notice on the head rest was nasty almost like someone on drugs was sweating like crazy and decided to use it and left a nasty a** mark on the head rest and didn't wipe it, the ceiling is falling apart and I really feel bad for the lady "cup noddle lady" because she does clean but people are pigs and don't clean after themselves what a shame wonder how their house look, one thing I can say to the owner directly is to resign and sell it to someone that will take care of this place because the way it looks all they care is about revenue and not their customers who pay almost $7 dollars for a large load and small load $2.75 this is the last time we are coming here and will be driving to Burbank to a laundry place over there since they take care of their investment and not run it down!

Huge laundromat. Not as clean as it should be. Toms of washers and dryers The smallest washer is $2.75 small, $3.00 for medium, and $3.25 for heavy. After that they cost from $4.75 up to $12.50 depending on the load size. However there are no signs anywhere to know. The dryers cost from $.40 to $1.20. As reported by others and confirmed this place has a lot of broken machines.

It gets packed on busy days, has been hurting due to a lot machine being down but still great place since there's different business around makes easy to buy things in case you forgot the detergent lol.

Perhaps the overpriced machines take up the loss for half of dryers and washing machines, not working. I found this a little over priced, I needed to go to to a laundromat that was open 24 hrs this time.Tweaker are there in after midnight, I know has nothing to do with laundromat, you never know out thee.

WARNING! (Dirty, only expensive machines worked, must buy their card, machines stink, soap area mildewy, not busy, bldg collapse, toilet and paper-roll your pants up).Blah blah blah - um yeah okay for a cannot sleep so go do laundry run at 3 in the morning this is your place to go! Not busy at all however, you deal with the purchase of their card to use the machines which completely stinks if you end up not using the full amount on the card PLUS I was able to find a couple of machines right together which i prefer however most of the machines in the aisles seemed out of order or not in service. So the washers regular size loads seemed all more broken then anything else! Sure the triple loaders and 6.50 machines appeared to be fine but the 2.20 single load top loaders were about 10 per isle - only 4 or 5 were actually in service! I sure would think twice about going there when busy I doubt my machines would be close together! The bathroom was clean but did not have seat protectors (typical), no hand soap and the towels were all jammed up inside the dispenser to where you are just gonna get hands wet and do a shirt wipe! Thank goodness the toilet paper was stocked! Oh and last but not least, the place is huge but dead center in the place the ceiling looks like it was in the midst of a full collapse, it was all taped off but watch any kids playing in that place, I would think it to be not safe if they tend to fully run wild in a place such as this! Bring your own sanitizer for the machines of course is always a great idea since the machines just don't get cleaned or the needed attention during uses between customers! Wish I could say better but the wash card purchase, broken machines and ceiling were aweful aweful! the lack of people is the best attraction since these places are all usually about the same as far as one being any better then the next!
