Exceptional attention to detail, highly communicative, effortless easy scheduling, really above and beyond! I had dog hair on the interior of my car and beach sand in the trunk. Not only did they wash the car, but they detailed and vacuumed the inside of it. It could be that they were just being super nice to me however, I’d be willing to bet this is something that they do for everyone as I can tell they value customer loyalty. And this in a day and age where everybody’s talking about saving water so much that Alfa Dealership won’t even wash the car after a service in the concierge but yet this auto body place for the most reasonable price I might add yes only $800 and the insurance paid most of it by the way went above and beyond! Honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The turnaround time was super quick I was actually surprised and so was the rental car place. I don’t even think it was a full three days for them to color match the gold paint on this Ocra Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce TI. Now I’m afraid to let my dog ride in the backseat again even though I have the car cover, because of all the hairs they got out they were flying around. My car looks amazing. Go here and see Darryl. My Right side mirror had gotten busted but I'm so happy I brought my car to Boulevard Paint &Body. Darryl was very professional and very helpful. His staff did an amazing job. I recommend this place. Also, Mike was very understanding with my schedule and was able to get me in ASAP. I am so grateful!

I had an accident a few months back and needed a bodyshop to take care of my car. Seeing as I've worked in the auto industry before it took me awhile to find a shop I felt I could trust. After searching high and low I found Boulevard Paint and Body and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Darryl. BPB, did a great job from start to finish, and when I received my car I had a few concerns. But when I voiced them to Darryl, he gladly took my vehicle back and made the corrections. As someone as detailed oriented like myself, I can say I'm very satisfied. Thank you Darryl and your team, I appreciate you guys.Side note: Since there is a supply chain issue in multiple industries, please be patient, trust me when I tell you this shop is worth it. In my case there was a small delay, but only because the parts were back ordered.

Been trying to get my car fixed here for 2 months and still nothing. I call to set something up and they always tell me we'll give you a call back. Week after week I call them and ask what's going on and every week is the same response" let me get your number and I'll give you a call back". Never have I gotten a call back. Worst customer service. I'll take my car somewhere else that actually wants the work and doesn't give me the run around.

My son got into a fender bender and my insurance company gave me a choice of 2 auto body repair shops if I wanted a lifetime warranty on the work (warrantied by insurance company for life). I looked up both places and Boulevard had better reviews- basically perfect. I called both shops and one had a long phone wait and an irritated person answering the phone- I hung up. I decided to give Boulevard a shot. I pass by it everyday on my way to work or the 118, never gave it a second look- thought these places were just little mechanic shops. The tow truck driver hired by my insurance company tried to get me to go to some other place- nope. Not falling for that. Well Boulevard is great. They answer the phone and are very polite and friendly. I nagged a little because I really wanted to be able to take a small road trip in my car and not have to rent a car. My car was finished in 10 days. It looks beautiful, like nothing happened to it. And they cleaned it inside and out. I hope I never have to get body work done again, but if I do, this is where I'm bringing my car. Zero hesitation. I should stick with my preference for "hole in the wall " places in every aspect of my life. And I like giving the neighborhood places my business. I'll edit with after photos later.

Darryl and his staff are fantastic. Darryl was completely patient and professional managing my anxiety and my slow and greedy insurance company. They left my car looking better then it did before the accident and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

I own a 2015 Mustang show car and I'm very picky on who works on my car because I've had my fair share of sketchy autobody car guys in the past. Unfortunately, on a windy day here in Los Angeles, my car tent flew and crashed landed on top of my car, leaving me with damage on the roof and both door pillars. I discovered Boulevard Paint & Body through my Mercury Insurance company not knowing I lived 5 mins away from this hidden gem. Met the owners and team of this shop and I knew I was in good hands. They worked with my insurance company to get the best quote to not only repair my body damage but as well get approval on getting me a new vinyl wrap on the car as well. They fixed the damage, repainted the car the OEM color and it was flawless. I've taken 2 cars to them after my past experience because they are the only guys I trust. Great turnaround times and communication. This is the only autobody shop I'll ever go to! Thanks for always giving us 100% service!

This body shop is the fastest most reasonably priced shop in the Valley. They have fixed a few cars of mine and I couldn't be happier. Body man Gilbert Garcia is the best of the best. He can fix ANYTHING! I highly recommend this shop for all your paint and body work needs.

They did some good work! Dropped them off some doors and paint and they got them back in a timely manner. Price was reasonable. Thank you Darryl ! The job was not easy and the doors came out pretty good! The hispanic amigo that does most of the work there knew exactly what he was doing.

These guys are the best. I took my car to them after getting a recommendation from a good friend who has worked with them for years. Darryl is professional, kind and honest. My car was done with a new bumper and body work within three days. They can't be beat!
