My reason for 2 stars is cleanliness of the restrooms. I don't think I have ever been in this stores restroom when it's clean. It's absolutely disgusting and you can usually find 2-3 people monitoring the self check out. I think they can do with less people at self checkout and send someone to clean those restrooms. If I worked there, I think I'd quit because of the conditions of those restrooms. Maybe they have clean restrooms for the associates? Who ever manages this store should be ashamed, target corporation should be ashamed. Adding a video to my review.

Obviously they do not have employees that care. Look at the photo I've attached of the bathroom. That is disgusting . I've seen cleaner bathrooms in gas stations.

I had a wonderful experience at Target. Their worker, Kasey, helped me with my order pickup. She was kind and respectful. Will be ordering more, and will be coming back.

Lines are way too long! There should be more cashiers in such a big store or open up the other self checkout lines on the other side of the store. Either way they need to figure it out this is unacceptable. Not fair to the customers or their employees!

Geez save your time and go to target in Chino because this one is so dirty , the restrooms were all nasty , every stall wasn't clean , no toilet was working and I'm pregnant so definitely need a restroom , target should be cleaning them restrooms because a lot of us had to pee but couldn't because it was that dirty !!

it's that time of year again! I waited close to 15 min on just one bag from the drive up services but I really do blame the holidays and them being understaffed:( Jose from Drive-up went out of his way to get me my order and was friendly and attentive! I appreciate his services thankyou Jose!!

I'm going to blame it on holiday shoppers but that's the first time I received bad service from the drive up I was missing two items Guy went back to going to get them got the wrong ones Then got home to realize one item was wrong and two items were bad quality guess can't do drive up during these times

Came in once to get milk and one of the market employees put a bag over my head and held me hostage in the meat cooler for 72 hours. Target made up for it though, I got a $5 gift card for the whole ordeal. Thanks Target! byuctf{cust0mer_serv1c3_suck5}

Do not do a drive up order here and try to pick up after 4pm. It is pure chaos and you'll be waiting all night for your order

I would love to patronize stores in my own city; however the inventory at this location is terrible. The inventory stated online never matches what is physically in the store. Almost every drive up order is missing an item due to lack of inventory. The Norco location has much better stock so I am forced to shop there.

Ridiculous shopping experience. They turn off the self checkouts and don't restock the shelves. Even though they lock everything up..they have still turned off the self checkouts. Employees are rude..better off ordering from Amazon or making the drive to Walmart.

I didn't think a target could get so dirty lmfao. My little sister needed to use the bathroom and i could only be in there for about 30 seconds. Smells like badussy up in there and supposedly there was also no toilet paper the entrance was hecka dirty with trash and dirty all the way up to the checkout. Smelled bad overall didn't smell like a store it smelled more like feet and todlers. Didnt find anything good majority of the clothes are unorganized and everything is put in weird places or on the floor Do better yall whats the point of working if ur not even gonna "work"

Went in yesterday the day before the "Hilary Tropical storm". Store was really busy. I was surprised how rude some of the customers were at the workers. The staff was doing their best, it appeared, and I honestly didn't see a need for the nastiness. I know this store gets a bad rap but I've been pretty happy with this location.

My rating is dramatically reduced because of the Giant ORDER PICKUP sign on the outside of the building. BECAUSE...when you walk inside the store it's not there. It's on the total opposite side of the store. I have limitations on how far I can walk so I was not happy. What is there is the grocery section and a self check out. It had an unreasonably long line and a worker telling everyone they were shutting it down due to some kind of problem. I know most Targets are set up with pickup by the entrance but I've never been inside this location so I just figured they were set up different. There was no line at the actual pickup counter and the worker was very friendly. She said they moved the pickup a year ago and had no idea why they haven't removed the sign. So, just keep that in mind if it's your first visit and...TARGET, for goodness sake TAKE DOWN THAT SIGN!
