This company can’t make their scheduled appointments, they don’t call the customer and think that it’s ok to make an appointment have the customer wait all day and just act like oh sorry for the inconvenience! Are you serious? No wonder why you have a 1.8 star rating GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very fast transit and excellent communication. They called right away and whenever I called - I was immediately assisted. I had a HUGE item and ran into issues picking it up with my equipment. EVERYONE I spoke with on site was helpful and pleasant. Thank you.

Never will I ever have anything to do with Roadrunner Freight. After 22 days from making my order I finally went to their warehouse to pick it up myself. It sat in their warehouse for 5 days! The tracker indicated it was delivered in Mira Loma on May 18. They could not tell me when it would be delivered to my house.Pro#517788055.No apologies, no excuses. Just poor service!

So i booked my car being shipped with Tim. He said it would be picked up on Saturday. And it would be 1325$. Everything included. Fees. Tax. Etc. Which i have emails / screen shots. Of this. Now i got my car picked up on that Tuesday 3 days later. Which isn’t a huge deal. But now i was charged over $300 more than what was promised. That if i signed up to ship that’s what i would be charged. I tried to contact Tim. And zero response. Ghosted me. So it’s like he got his sign up and i never hear back. And my car was damaged when delivered

DO NOT EVER USE THEM IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!! WAS TOLD between 9-3 pm on March 14th it's now 5:00 pm no one answers their dispatch can't get answer from the sister company. On a scale of 1-5 one being the worst I'd give them a -3.

Trailer was unloaded at Mira Loma 10 days ago, estimated delivery a week ago. After calling customer service several times, they keep telling me they will call with an update. Meanwhile our items are sitting less than 50 miles away but I can't continue our project. I could easily have just gone and picked it up by now if they gave me the option. Been working in logistics and shipping ltl freight for over a decade and this is one of the slower companies I have seen.

I'm not sure why RoadRunner would still even keep the management in this terminal. This is the second time in a row they lose our shipment. I need to waste so much time waiting to speak with RoadRunner customer service only to find out their Terminal in Mira Loma is still searching for my shipment...??? I'm so disappointed with the level of service this terminal provides, this needs to be corrected ASAP.

Roadrunner company cancel truck load all the time through their commerce and mira loma locations with emerge broker company. If they cancel it on Monday it was ok no big deal but they keep doing it on Sat....very bad.will never send truck for drop trailer load again.be careful with this company.

Horrible service I have ever seen before!!! The dispatch manager is like a XXXT, he is so mean to the customers. He tried to threaten the customers just because he wants the customers to follow his personal requirements, which is pointless. I will never chose roadrunner again.

Delivered as promise! 3 days later than the expected, yet it happens due to appointment setups for drivers enlisted. Package came as it should. These people get alot of bad reviews since the numerous amount of could be positives don't post. I called them for status updates twice, got a fast response and professional aid each time. Thank you for delivering as promised!

Absolute worst carrier out there. Be prepared for delays after delays, incorrect or missing data on the tracking website and so on. If you have delivery to Amazon FBA center using their "Partnered Carrier" listed as RoadRunner stay away from that offer as a plague. Wait a day or two until new carrier will be offered for the same destination. You will be waiting for months for your cargo to be delivered and will not be able to get it back even if you wanted to. You will be told stories about how Amazon is backed up and how they keep cancelling their delivery appointments, while every other carrier like Estes, Central Freight and others can deliver without a problem within 7-10 days. This company deserves 0 stars.

One of the worst transportation companies I’m forced to deal with when doing business with certain companies. Can’t ever seem to get anything right and deliver partial shipments often misplacing parts of combined multi package shipments that were originally packaged together. Then sometimes taking weeks to find the misplaced items often arriving severely damaged after they are found or delivering parts of combined order shipments to the wrong company or address.I think they hire the dropouts from other companies at greatly reduced salaries because no one else will hire them.I’m even at the point of considering stopping to do business with companies that use them as their shippers.That’s going to cost some companies the loss of more than $300,000 a year from the loss of our business.These issues have been plaguing our relationship with several companies for more than 3 years now. And I’m going to stop it one way or another very soon.All I can say is that if you get any shipments delivered by this company make sure you keep the driver until you have throughly inspected the load and verified the contents and their condition prior to signing the delivery acceptance document. Even if it takes all day .

Booked them on 6/22/20 with a load from Chicago to San Diego. Lead time 5-7 days. Now day 9 and still haven't received our material. Called 4 times and each time had 50 callers ahead of me. No time for that. FYI Beware!
