We were taken care by Laila. She was amazing. She was able to multi talk so well and handle all the customers. She was the only one at this store when we were there. She was super patient. We were there to port our lines over and this took a long time, from 7-9:30 PM. She ended up staying with us after hours. She was calm and patient and took her time explaining everything to us. Is rare to get great customer service. She went above and beyond. This type of service deserves to be recognized. Already starting on a good note with Verizon!

I upgraded my phone 2 days ago. They did something wrong and my phone still doesn't work! Not even costumer call center can figure it out. But mind you they had no problem taking my $600 for payment towards the upgrade.

Employee was sitting down slouching over texting on the phone. Didn't really get a greet or cared about new customer trying to add Verizon family plan. The girl wasnt very helpful and just wrote a few sloppy numbers on a paper and said here's what you pay. HA I remember how excited wireless employees would get when new accounts are inquired but not this girl. She was sloppy. Just sloppy. Didn't explain any offers or promos. Get people who actually want to work and make some money.

I can’t remember but the name of the associate that helped me, however I do remember that she was from Fremont and it was her first day in Milpitas. She was beyond helpful! Not only did she help me get done what I needed to do quickly and efficiently, but she was such a joy to talk to and made my experience a 10/10! I have always have great experiences with Verizon but this time was definitely the best! Thank you!

Need to give a shoutout to Jesus. My parents are old school and had flip phones forever. Because of a problem at another Verizon in Milpitas, they went to this store and Jesus was awesome helping them out and getting them situated. Thanks for that because I live on the East Coast and couldn't help them out myself.
