This staff is great and helpful. I had to come in 3 times this past week for some upgrades. Cesar, Alyssa, Erik, Cristian and Andres were all very efficient, friendly and got me out of the door in a timely manner. The store is very clean and everyone is still following Covid precautions. Definitely recommend this location :)

We bought an unlimited sim and told the staff it was to share the hotspot to my laptop to give online classes. They took payment twice from my card and my cousin's. Still waiting for a refund.We went back the next day to ask why we were not able to share the wifi, even though we had paid for the unlimited data for 3 months upfront(twice) and were told that we needed to buy another more expensive plan. We asked if we could swap with our existing one that we paid for the day before. They told us that the first month is non refundable and they could send us a cheque in the post, k owing that we are from abroad.Who sends cheques in the post these days???.... obviously veri-poor-zon do.So unhappy. We told the manager of our issue and perhaps he could raise it with Verizon Senior Management and he , nonchalantly replied, that they won't listen as we are not important enough.Enough said !...1 star only because I cannot give any no stars

Whelp, where do I start. The customer service was below poor, if I could have done 1/2 star I would have. They for sure did not go above and beyond. After I left the store I tried calling the number associated with the store to speak with the manager to let him know they were incorrect about my account (per being on the phone with tech support after they would not assist me) but the number goes straight to corporate. The sales person was not helpful, then her manager came over and instead of reviewing my account just agreed with her. When I spoke with tech support they said no one even opened my account (they can see when it's accessed) and had they opened it they would have seen that I was correct and the info they were asking me for was in my file. UGH... so I spoke with tech support an hour in the parking lot outside of McCarthy ranch store and now am going to the fremont store to resolve my manufacture issue. I bet if I was buying a new bundle or upgrading and spending some cash It would have been fine. UGH... poor customer service.

I went to this location for the phone trade in. I usually have a good experience and I like the associates. They are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Today Jackie helped with my trade in. She wasn’t very pleasant to work. She is not very knowledgeable of promotion and not able to explain the fine print detail in clear and simple way. Also she handed someone else paper work which made me confused even more. I still like this store. I would avoid working with her in the future.

People who are working there provide very great service!!! I forgot my stuff in the store, the staff who took care of me was chasing my car for giving my stuff back! Seriously! Love him.

I had recently switched my phone account from work to personal and after I switched and paid for it my phone was in 3g mode and it couldn't make calls very well. I brought my phone in and Eric from this store was able to help me with the issue and fix it. I had a great experience and maybe I will buy my next android here

I bought a Google Pixel 4a w/ 5G online from the Verizon website and was having trouble activating it fully. After a frustrating morning trying to troubleshoot with Verizon's online customer service agents (who didn't solve the problem), I was forced to come in to a Verizon store to get a new SIM card to fix things. Luckily I was able to book an appt the same day (though I later found out I could have just walked in). Victor was the one who helped me and he found out that my phone (a 5G phone) didn't have a corresponding 5G SIM card. Apparently this was an issue with the manufacturer, Google, seeing as they made the phone and Verizon just sells their products. I do think there should have been more oversight on both ends to make sure something like this never happens in the first place, but that's a whole other issue. Anyway, Victor installed a 5G SIM card into my phone and we ran a couple quick tests to make everything was working fine. And it was! He was professional and efficient, reassuring me everything would be taken care of before I walked out the door. After the frustrating morning I had trying to troubleshoot things, it was so nice to have competent and efficient customer service. The whole ordeal took me 15 minutes (compared to the stressful 1.5 hrs I spent with Verizon's incompetent online agents earlier). Thanks Victor!

Showed up at the front doorstep earlier than my appointment time (about ten mins early). Knocked on door, no answer. 20 mins later TIffany came out with rude and demanding tone after I had just explained the reason for my appt ( device troubleshooting, device deactivation and billing inquiry ). Tiffany didnt seem happy being there on a weekend and was irate the whole time. She refused to deactivate my device and told me to call customer service. Why a person like her with such rude demeanor is hired in this field of work is unbelievable.

Had to schedule an appointment due to online issues, but was able to get so much done and more while in the store. Victor helped me trade in for the new iPhone 12 and explained all of the great promotions. He even gave me his phone number if I had any questions, which ended up coming in handy as I struggled at home. This team is the definition of customer obsession!

Very bad customer service. The reps there are just terribleI think you can get much better service at another Verizon store it just seems to be in an area where people are not really interested in working on a Saturday morning

Smooth easy upgrade to pixel 5. My go to store for years now for my Verizon needs. Today Victor helped me. He is awesome
