I opted for their bussiness 5G wireless network, but from the outset, the internet speed has been extremely slow. Over a weekend, the network kept disconnecting for three consecutive days until it completely failed to reconnect. This has caused significant losses for my business. Contacting customer service didn't resolve the issue, and most of the time, I couldn't even reach them! Customer service promised to arrange for a replacement device the next day and assured me of a callback, but after waiting all day, no one came to replace the equipment or contacted me. Terrible network, terrible service!

All of the employees here were not interested in helping my gf and her parents yesterday when they came in to trade in and upgrade their phones. I don’t ever expect top notch customer service from employees but just leaving customers on their own to figure things out, while also being evidently annoyed or avoidant when being asked for help is not right. Even the person in charge (possibly the manager but I’m not sure), Pamela, did not help at all. Do yourself a favor and GO TO A DIFFERENT VERIZON STORE. My gf and her parents ended up going to a different Verizon store today and were provided with amazing customer service.

Very good service at this location. Kathleen helped me set up my business lines and was always there to answer all my questions. Even after I left I added lines and office phones and she was very helpful in making sure I had all I needed. I would recommend this location.

This place is so ridiculous. I came in today to sign up with this Carrier. This guy named Michael was helping me. And I see that he charged me for activation fee. But I had to activate my phone myself at my home so I don't understand how this activation fee. I will be returning their phones back. Don't go to this Michael the salesman will rip you off!!!!!

We got our Verizon account activated in this store for a byod offer they had. The representative here did not fill up the necessary details for the rebate offer and did not give any information about this process . All we were told was to look for an email with the credit in 15 days . We Never received , several customer service calls /chats never helped and we went back to the storeThe female store manager today we met , was very rude . She was not interested to solve any issue or help us with anything . She yelled on top of her voice not accepting the fault in their system instead she was rude ,impolite with bad attitude . Been using AT&T and T mobile for a while and never had such inhuman experience.Verizon has the worse employees at store and at customer service who have poor communication skills and don’t care about their customers . They are rude arrogant . If anybody goes to this store , please don’t try to approach the female store manager there

Their service is a joke. Beware of that big store manager lady. She is awful. She literally yells at you. Verizon has worst network and worst service. They promised 500$ bywd gift card, but I never received it.

My phone was having issues, and they fixed it very quickly. Attentive staff members, clean & organized store, and I didn't have to wait long.

Upgraded a new phone in the store and gave them my old phone. A week later got a box to return the old phone, which I no longer have. Called the 800 number and was told that the store I used hadn't started any return paperwork and if they didn't soon that I'd be charged the full price of the new phone. Hopefully going back to the store takes care of the issue but it's still a total waste of time to go back in to the store..... I would strongly suggest using a different Verizon location.

Nowadays you really have to do your own research, order the item online and just be present at the store for pickup. And it's a plus when you know who the manager is; they usually work quicker and get the item for you on the spot. In this case I looked impatient for about 5 minutes and then happened to flag down Justin while he was en route to return to the long line of customers. Made eye contact and politely informed him having placed my order since noon today and I was in for pickup. Justin was able to retrieve my order from the back. Due to long line, he asked if he could reschedule me to come back another day to have the glass protector placed on my brand new Google Pixel 7 pro. I hesitated and asked if I could come back in a couple hours right before closing time...somehow I was able to get my phone assembled with the glass protector so that changed my review for this corporate store. My experience was okay, just think they need to hire more staff and be transparent about not accepting cash for payment (heard another customer turned away with his cash). I've always paid with card with all my phone purchases in the past and tonight's purchase. I just think we should consider the elders and anyone else who don't always come prepared with a card and this will surely help eliminate the long lines. But do come down and make sure to make your phone purchase at this location and look for Justin ;)

IF you are travelling abroad, DO NOT rely on VERIZON. Their internation services are a fraud - they make big promises but their international network is very bad. once you sign up, they will start charging you the fee but you will not be able to call. You will be completely stranded - you won't be able to call them and you won't be able to contact them online for you need to be able to receive a password on your mobile when you fill the online contact request.Here is my story:I signed up for international roaming pack and enabled international roaming before I left US. Verizon charged me the $10 at the time of enabling. After I reached my international destination, each day that I turned my phone on - verizon charged me $10. But, I would not be able to call. I would get a message services not available. It was a frustrating situation. I could not call verizon support due to verizon issue. I tried to contact them online - but even to connect they need an OTP that they send to the phone which I could not receive because of the problem.Finally I contacted a friend here to reach out to Verizon. Verizon refused to discuss anything until my friend paid the monthly fee of $65. When he explained the problem, they promised to activate. The CSR also said verizon would refund me all the daily $10's charged since it was a connection problem attributable to verizon's network. Even after that situation did not improve.After I returned I tried to contact verizon many times but was never able to reach a live agent. So I switched to another service provider because I was fed up. I also filed a complaint - the agent took 1hour time to create a complaint. But when I later contacted - I was told there is no complaint. Also, since i was not longer an active customer, CSR would not provide me any details or even talk about .In short - I was charged unfairly and am still waiting to hear from verizon if the company has any concern for its customer base.
