Actually not too fun to play.so much employees over around you even Supervised very stressed .my kid just put the Lego down then the worker come to clean /split up ..this make me very panicked I don’t like this feeling .like as I said too much employees much more than (kids/ adults )they must looks very busy ,actually nothing really busy . (Weekday afternoon ) after 15mins I realized most of kids are not have too much patience to play ,they just run around and climbing the playground /ride the train or wandering around, the parents just sit over browsing the phone or talking …too much complexed small piece of Lego very boring to build a real model stuffs so they just play the stuff made by employees . Anyway just a place for parents -kids spending time only.

It's a lot of fun, a little small, but it takes a while

Beautiful Lego creation of San Fransisco city. Lots of activities to do legocreation for kids. They will definitely love this place.

Really wanted to love this place but not worth the price. Maybe worth $20. Our toddler liked it but our older child just thought it was ok. Ninjago training was out of order. Honestly maybe two hours would be good, pass that, kids get bored.
Positive: staff is friendly and they really do their best to keep areas clean.
Probably won’t return but it was nice to visit.

the place is not designed well. They sell ticket for cheaper price at 3:00, and do not allow outside food. But the coffee shop closed at 4:00. So my 2 kids can be either starving there for the remaining 1 hour or go out without the permission to come back even before 5:00. The ticket is pretty pricey for a one day pass as a tiny place. I use to be an annual pass member there 1 year ago. But I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Overpriced. Not worth more than 5$ per person.

The activities are not generous, just a poster. Kid was disappointed after completing all the tasks.

They don't replace the lego trains. They are all broken. They only have 3 and many kids waiting to play with them.
There isn't much to do. It was disappointing for what they charge. And you can't go back in once you go out.

I showed up at 11 o’clock. Around 1 o’clock, the food court open. When I went to order some food, I was informed that the kitchen was behind and I would have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a hotdog. My starving child couldn’t wait so we left to buy food from the mall food court. My child was very upset when I informed him that there’s no reentry.

Wonderful experience! Had my nieces and nephew visiting from New York. Kept a 13, 10, 6, and 5 year old entertained for hours. We arrived at 11 and stayed until 2:30. My nephew has autism and the sensory bag really helped. One of the staff Ramona was excellent interacting with the kids during a bingo game! Even the adults were entertained. Just wish it was clearer where to use the photo passes - did not know about scanning for the ride photos.

A playground for Lego enthusiasts! This place has areas for kids of all ages. It has a small playground, movie theater, workshop area, VR area, mini ride, and so much more. The movie theater has an interactive feature so you’ll get water sprays.
There’s also a small dining area, in case you get hungry.
There are no time limits once you’re inside so be sure to come early before this place gets too crowded (usually in the afternoon).

Many of the Miniland USA - showcasing SF, San Jose and Oakland - buttons don’t work, and the bricks old, dirty and broken!
This is a place ideally for kids who are really into building Legos and meticulous about it.
The cafe/coffee shop serves Starbucks coffee, muffins, and hot sandwiches.
The VR experience is OK, where tyou go to a corner, they put on the VR goggles on you and you sit on a small cocoon chair, and this is extra-a separate $6 per person for about 2 minute experience.

My mom (55) and I (30) were excited to visit Legoland, but we were extremely disappointed to learn that entry is restricted to those accompanied by a child. This crucial information should be clearly stated on the website during the ticket purchasing process. It's an extremely disappointing policy for adult fans….

they don’t accept cash like that’s dumb. there are people who can’t get cards and have to pay with cash. every other lego store accepts cash and i think it’s very sad for the people who can’t buy with credit cards and have to pay with cash.
